Usually my MO in Manila is to hole up in a five star hotel which has all the amenities and bang everything I can. Barfine after barfine. Its a shallow approach and typically sex touristy, but again........genetics.

In what may be the biggest news out of the Phillipines in years, Guinness reportedly deflowered a virgin on Burgos St. The mere existence of a virgin on Burgos is like spotting a coyote strolling down Fifth avenue in Manhattan, I mean what are the chances. But Guinness defrocked this girl and Prov said that 'there was blood everywhere' after the deed was done. Prov also stated that the girls' period commenced the day after Guinness ravaged this sweet young thing, but I'd rather take the high road on this and give the nod to Guinness.

One difference, next trip however, I think that for a change I'd like to start in Cebu. Guinness expressed an interest in this also because it would put us near the beaches and snorkelling in the southern Philippines. It'll make a nice change. Bag a few girls in Cebu and take them to a resort where we can swim and dive; couple of days later, bring them back and exchange them.

I hate to say 'I told you so' but I did warn this board about Surfer. Sure enough, he's here. Lecturing everyone and criticizing sex tourists right from his first posts. 'Respect for the girls' blah blah. Like we need to be told this.

While I do not have definitive proof that you and Don are one and the same, to argue that the pattern of your posts is mere "conicidence"is pretty incredible. I also find your use of the term "us" quite illustrative. The Prov handle chimed in once in the Colombia thread, then was smart enough to disappear (unlike Don's handle which persisted). Clicking "show all posts by DashingDon" will reveal the excganges in a few different Colombias threads (although he only went to Cartagena and Medellin, he tried to flame me in other city folders too).

I had never mentioned you or Don in Philippines folder. In fact, I avoid cluesless kooks like you and we will never go the same places as I am SO beyond "staying in 5 star hotels in Manila and banging as many as possible". When I return soon after a long hiatus, I will go to parts of the PI where kooks like you fear to tread (just like in Colombia, where Don only went to the two most kook friendly places). You guys stick to Manila and Angeles and leave the rest of the PI to the real men.

Anyone who has visited the PI knows how small the taxis are. Between jeepneys, trikes and taxis, transportation is stretched to the limit.
So I just loved the visual of Surfer trying to jam his 9' surfboard into a Manila taxi.........and then refusing to pay anything extra.

So much for showing sensitivity to the locals.

Of course the police showed up, just as surely as the authorities on ISG will have to intervene at some point. Naturally, Solicitor Surfer will have a ten page response detailing his position.

I'd like to move on to other news, but Surfer's onslaught is dominating everything here.

He says he's not a sex tourist--he's beyond that. But what DOES he do? I do know he runs with the type of crowd that my mother warned me about; On The Go and his new IDs, Chivas and Total Package.

Like many posters here, I'm hoping that Surfer suffers an accident while he's on that board.

Some possible scenarios:

A normally docile dolphin senses Surfer's latent hostility and 'flippers' him with his tail or

Surfer arrogantly asks the local head of the village to help him carry his surf board and the chief has Surfer boiled in oil or

Surfer tries to get a bargirl to engage in sex on the surfboard and at an opportune moment, she rams a coconut up his ass, and ends his surfing career.

I ride a shortboard (6'10), the taxi was an FX "Tamaraw", and I offered the meter (which is the legal fare).

what nonsense is this. since when should drugs not be talked about here. i post my trip reports as they happen. girls, drugs, hotels, stories, whatever. the only off limits subject in this forum is ****. everything else is fine as long as it is related to banging girls in the philippines. what we shouldn't be doing here is debating drug use. i am not promoting drugs, just mentioning them when it is relevent to the report, and i am certainly not going to edit my reports due to some members drug phobia. if you have some hangup with drugs, then just don't read my reports. i am sure most of the members don't like drugs either, but there also many who smoke weed, take viagra, or are curious about experimenting with ecstacy. freel free to respond, but i will not as i don't want to upset members with off topic drug use debates.

Can we trust ANYTHING Surfer says? Apparently not.

He says he's 'so way beyond five star hotels' and then he provides pictures of his five star hotel room. What a schmuck! Eagle-eyed Prov spotted the subterfuge and raises the alarm. CL confirms the scam.

Are there no depths to which Surfer will not sink.

Surfer says he's leaving us but, given his total lack of credibility, I'm not breaking out the champagne yet. I am however keeping a bottle handy because I know that someone in the PI is going to take exception to Surfer and settle things without going to court.

Maybe some people were lucky enough to have been caught in a bribable situation. Don't count on that working everywhere all the time, just like there are corrupt officials, there are also zealots. Just like sometimes it's easy to "pay" one's way on the spot for a traffic violation, and sometimes you just *know* it's better to let them write the ticket. Your Mileage Will Vary. Careful not to try to bribe the wrong person at the wrong time in the wrong place.

First off, there may be some drug references in this next report. Not trying to antagonize anyone, just letting everyone know so that if they are offended by drugs, they can just skip reading the report.

So, my buddy scored me some Thai, and I decided to take him out to celebrate. We're about the same age with the same addiction to girls and smoke, except that I live in Makati and he lives in Alabang. He doesn't go to the Alabang bars as much as I go to EDSA and Burgos, but he's been to most bars in his area at least once, and I have never been to a single one, so he is the expert on this field trip (makes a nice change).

First stop was the Cowboy Grill. He was meeting a blind date, and she was bringing her friend for me. Not something either of us typically do, but the circumstances were set for it to happen and we were starting early, so there was nothing to lose except a round of cheap drinks. The Cowboy Grill is supposedly THE place in the area to pick up working girls and regular girls LATE, but we were there early. Anyway, his girl was OK, and mine was butt ugly, so after some lame excuse, we got the hell out of there.

The main drag in the area is Alabang Zapote Road. I don't know the local name (if there is one), but thats what my nav. showed it as. It runs from Alabang through Las Pinas and is dotted with about 25 or so Kareoke bars. If you are coming from Makati, just take EDSA and exit at Filinvest. Down Filinvest, Left on Commerce, and Right on Alabang Zapote (you would turn left to go into the main entrance for Ayala Alabang subdivision, right to go down Alaban Zapote). So you can just tell a taxi driver to take you to Ayala Alabang, and then just have him go right instead of left at the main entrance. Also, if coming from Makati, make sure you take the SKYWAY. Most cabs will want to take the regular 85 peso toll road, but for an extra 30 pesos, you can avoid traffic about half of the way. If you go late, you can be there in 25 minutes.

Unfortunately, there is no solution to the universal mystery about Kareoke bars - which bars really are Kareoke bars, which are lady houses (take out bars) and which ones are somewhere in between. To make matters worse, bars continuously change, and it can depend on you, the girl, and the mamasan. So we lit one up in the car, and started at one he had never been to before, Don't Tell Mama bar.

OK, so this place was weird. You walk in and there about 15 girls off to the side, there was a hokey stage, and bunch of cheap plastic tables and chairs. Occasionally, a girl with a ok voice would go up and sing a lame Kareoke song. Now, why would anyone want to come to a place like this? First, gogo bars are not accepted in this area, but there are a lot of well to do foreigners that live here and need to get some action, and Kareoke bars are the only establishments that can get a license. The clientelle is mostly Asian, with the occasional foreigner. The girls were similar in quality to what you would get in Makati, but did appear to be smiling a lot more and generally happier with their job. We asked if there was a barfine, and were told 2,500. We each picked out a girl, although mine appeared to be upset that I had picked here (I assume she only likes Asians, but it could be any reason) and says something to the mamasan. After the girls sit down, the mama comes up to us and says that the girls are not available for bar fine tonight. I think it was because the girls have much more of an option here to reject non jap/koreans/chinese, and they see so few westerners, that they let the mamasan know before hand if they are OK with a barfine. Anyway, because I have so much experiance with Jap only girls from EDSA (particularly the Cotton Club), and I often get them to change their mind, I had no problem with this. In fact, I actually like being able to get a chance to talk to one for the challange. One of my favorite types of girl is someone that has never had a westerner before. The look on their face when see (or just feel) the size of my dick, well, lets just say that it's a Kodak moment. Not that I am large, but compared to a Jap, I am Godzilla (no offence to Japanese intended).

So my girl is basically blowing me off. We talk about going to the VIP room, but I am told in nice way, no way. But this cute little jap only thing is really turning me on. So I keep at, trying to let her know that I am a nice guy (yeah right). My friend than tells me that I am wasting my time, that she is not worth it. He can take me to several bars where the girls will be all over me. But I say that I am not interested, I like this one, she is so nice. Now, Filipinas have pretty much the same buttons that you need to push. If you can convince them that you really like them, and always act the gentleman, they will often begin to like you, even if they give you the cold shoulder at first. Either it was that, or she wanted to prove to my friend that she was "worth it", but she immediately changed. Smiling, talking to me, and even saying that she was ok with the VIP, if we all went there together. Within another 10 minutes, she was OK with just me and her. At this point, I was pretty much set with hanging with the girl and seeing where we end up. I am about 60/40 with these types of girls on the first night, moving up to maybe 80/20 on the second "date" if I don't score on the first. I like the challange, but my friend, who was the guide this night, felt that I should forget it. And since I did want to see some more bars, we left. But the girl asked for my number before we left, and I have a text from her.

Off to Bora Bora bar, another bar he hadn't been to before. Since being with someone else is a good opportunity to check out new places, we weren't quite ready to go the "sure thing" bars yet.

Bora Bora was interesting. A real cozy atmosphere inside with lots of couches and REALLY CUTE girls. Some of the nicest girls I had seen anywhere. My buddy immediately asks the mamasan if there was a barfine, and she said "oh no". He then says lets bail. Again, I wanted to stay around and see if I could get a get to know a cute one and arrange something, but he said "too much work", so we were out of there.

Next stop was one of the sure thing bars, aptly called Safety Zone bar. Small bar with about 3 couches, 10 or so girls, and the requisite KTV for apparently legal reasons. The barfine here was 3,000, but it includes the girls fee, so no tip needed. In fact, this would be considered a lady house (or boarding house) in Makati. Again the quality of girls was in the 7 to 8.5 range, but the personality of the girls out here did seam nicer in general to EDSA and Burgos girls. I found a cute one - tight little body, nice personality - and I was good to go. So we headed back to Cowboy Grill where he was meeting the same girl from earlier (long story, and not particularly intersting). I really like the way my girl treated me the whole night. From always poring the drinks, cleaning utensils, feeding me my pizza so I wouldn't get my hands dirty, and quickly reaching for her lighter (she doesn't smoke) when I go for a cigarette. Try getting that service from a EDSA girl!

So later we head to the local short time hotel in the area, Eurotell, also on Alabang Zapote. We put them in a room together, while we go and light one up in the other room. We then all hang out for while, and then we split to our separate rooms for some fun. All in all, a great night and a great girl. I even gave her 1,000 P tip, and she appeared surprised, but I am so used to tipping the girl that I felt uncomfortable in not doing so. I would like to have seen some of the other bars my friend told me about, but once you have found the right girl, why bother. There is always next time.
