Yes of course. We wouldn't be recommending Dawin, Dynastry Grande, Majestic Grande etc. if not GF.
I had tried the Boss Suites in the last week of Dec. I can confirm it is GF. The rooms are nice as it is a new hotel, and I would stay there again. the rooms are well maintained, with a flat screen LCD tv, in room safe, and mini bar. they are offering discount since it has jsut opened - i dealt directly with the hotel for booking and was offered 1400 baht (inclusive of bfast and everything). I think for that price, you may not get such nice roomsanywhere else in that area!
The only problem is the location - it is next to Woraburi; it can be quite a walk 10-15 mins from NEP. I dont mind the walk except for the time when its late at night, you are a lil tipsy and when you are with your LT girl. So I usually take the taxi down from Nana. They also provide a tuk-tuk to Sukhmvit during the day.

I can confirm it is very GF. For various complex reasons there was a stream (6) of girls to my room on Saturday night, and not an eye was blinked nor a single ID card taken. I did have to tell the concierge not to laugh as I finally brought the last 2 into the hotel at about 1am.
The room was OK, clean and pleasant. Shower over the bath. Nice TV with sound system. Gym and pointless spa pool on rooftop. I got a good deal through Wotif, and paid about 1900 per night. Apparently there is a happy Hour at 6-7pm at which all drinks are FREE! That can't be right... :( But I never got to check it our for very obvious reasons.
I thought the location was crap though. Although it is close to Soi Cowboy, there is not much else around in terms of food stalls, etc, and it is on that very busy Soi 21 (but not noisy). On that basis I wouldn't stay there again, but might suit others very well.

President palace working great for me but it is long walk to Annie's.

I recommend to ask for a corner room. They are better ;)
I agree the location is not really attractive and perhaps not many restaurants really close like next door, but it is a relatively short walk to underground station including a little underground shopping mall.
Cross over Asoke and its not that far to a few restaurants. Mouse1 may not have found these.
BTS and Soi cowboy are also not far away. So I can't quite see why the location is "crap" at all other than perhaps the next Soi 23 is an even better location.

But plenty big enough for me.
I usually stay in Soi 11 and quite enjoy the stroll up and down the street as there is usually a bit of life, with a few street vendors, bars, girls, etc. But Soi 21 is too busy to have those. I found a nice Thai restaurant in the back streets down by Asoke BTS, and I had breakfast in the beergarden in Soi 19.
Otherwise just didn't really like the location... :(
Centara Grand is very GF, also the bell boys will help you arrange some action if you so desire it. It does take a little bit of asking around.
The lobby is on the 23 floor and the restaurents are on different floors, so there is no walk of shame to be done. As long as you have booked a double occupancy they don't care.
I have been there many times before and as long as you booked the room for 2 guests, they never used to charge a joiner fee. But with their new web site, when you make a direct reservation with them, they mention a joiner fee of 500 B. Any one know if this is strictly enforced or only if you book a single room?

Last year I spent some time at Citadines Soi 11. For the price, (around 1300THB) it was the best value I've had in a Bangkok hotel.
I'm going back to BKK very soon and notice that Citadines Soi 11 is now more expensive and Citadines Soi 8 is 500 THB cheaper.
Does anyone have experience of both? Are they carbon copies of each other or is Soi 11 worth more than Soi 8?

They are all mirror images of each other, same as the ones on Soi 16 and Soi 23. The differences are the locations and the rooms at some locations are bigger than others. I prefer the ones on Soi 16 and 23.
I am just back from 2 months in los.
Spent most of my time up country but did stay in Bangkok for a few days now and then.
When I arrived I stayed at dynasty grand. I always stay here when I arrive.
Clean room superb bathroom big tv dvd free wired internet in a quiet soi off nana 5 mins walk to main sukhumvit road.
Only drawback expensive compared to other places 2280 per night.
Also stayed in everrich inn.
One time in a queen room. No window small room but standard tv wirwless.
The other time stayed in king bigger room with bigger shower room for three!
Queen was 1200 king 300 more IMHO worth it.
Very gf no problem especially with streetwalkers just outside the front door.
Stayed down near khao san road in villka chacha.
Not really my scene no mongering.
Hippies and french people.
Family friendly and expensive at 1600.
Finally stayed in bally suites deluxe room 2000 a night.
Will use this place again.
Super room friendly staff.
Cheap laundry.
Only drawback cafe does little western food and its right at bottom of soi 20.
Don't let that put you off.

Even if you go in with more then one lady the do not give any sign, they stay Thai polite.
The only guys who give your special signs are the security guys out site.
