Keydoc's posts on Oasis, Golden Times and specifically Elite II are right on the money. When I was at Elite II, I experienced a bit more hustle (several "would you like a dance" requests) than he did but overall the description of the place, girls and the prices are accurate.
Riande Continental is not chica friendly as been reported on this board numerous times. The elevators have a card access system so guests have to register at the front desk and pay $110 USD.
The doorman/security are like hawks. I made a big stink as I had registered for two guests and felt I shouldn't have to pay the fee (quie embarassing for me and the girl). They said ok, but just this one guest then the $110 apllies.
They say the Marriott and Venetto Casino are adopting similar programs? Can anyone confirm?
Just got back from 10 days in P-City. Actually I stayed at country inn Amador, nice place that will not crush your bank account. No Chicas out that way, but no issues bringing any back for a sleep over. Veneto was full of working girls almost every night, but the prices seemes high(150+) due to lots of greengos in town(or so they said). Spent a lot of time in Habanos, good selection, and not aggressive. Elizabeth at Oasis is easy on the eyes, and will come out to your hotel for 100 on her off time, total GFE.
The Panamanian govt has reduced the maximum time for a tourist visa to 30 days + an optional extension, with enhanced enforcement on the streets.
IMO this will have a terrible impact on the colombian independents at best, who used to come for 90 days. It may eliminate the independents entirely. It definitely will decrease supply.
What's the consensus of the locals/regulars?
After reading recommendations on the net decided to try the Roma Hotel. Came to Panama without reservations, because I heard from someone before that he went to the cities and looked at the offers at the airport and then chose. Well, great recommendation. On the net I was not able to find a reservation, and as soon as I got to Panama I was able to not only find a room for five, but at a discount and with travel to the hotel FREE. The person that processed my reservation actually told me that taxis want to charge 10.00 per person when there is more than 3. If you choose to do this, go to the counter at the airport that have the hotel brochures. They will find Maribel? for you, the representative for Hotel Roma at the airport. She works from 8 to 12 and from 4 to 8 at the airport. BTW, if you donīt see your bags on the airport carousel, look around. The attendants might bring them down of it if they find it too full. I waited 2 hours on my bags until I reported them, and they were sitting at an end of the carousel.
Left the hotel, and walked to Balboa Avenue and hoped on a bus just to see how things worked for the locals. One overheard me talking and gave me advise on the whole scenario. Very interesting trip. I saw how the other half live. The bus also drove into the Old City. Total damage, 25 cents each. Took a taxi back. Total damage 1.00 each.
Once on the hotel, decided to walk out to the other main avenue and flagged a taxi down to take me to Lifegirls Spa. He said he didnt know about it, but he was going to ask once we got to Via Espana. He metioned a low budget place around the hotel called "La Cueva del Zorro." However, I was hell bent on Lifegirls but he couldnt find it. So I told him to take me to Elite.
Man, that place was happening for a Wednesday night. 25.00 cover charge for an open bar. However, the deal was, you pay a girl 10 drinks at 15.00 a pop, and then you could make arrangements to take her out. When all is said and done, you are looking at a 300.00 situation. Not for me! Took advantage of the open bar (6 drinks), and stepped out.
While inside, some French guys that were sitting besides me told me to ask for a taxi driver named Juan. They said that he knew the ins and outs. Well,Ļhe was not there and found "Ariel his brother." Told him what I wanted, a place where I could pick a girl and have her in the premises, and mentioned Lifegirls. He said that it was shut down, and that the Cueva del Zorro was a dump dive which didnīt ask for the monthly check up document. He took me to River Walk and asked if I wanted for him to wait for me. Charge at the casa was 100.00, but was able to talk it down to 80.00. There were 7 girls there, pretty good looking all but i chose ?Isis? A bit dominant, until I reverted the trick. Then she was more compliant. Good covered BJ, hesitant on receiving oral herself, and kissing. However, before the night was over she was starting to kiss, and allowed a DATY. After we were done we sat there and talked for a while. Apparently she is willing to give more on a second shot. She asked for a propina, which i answered, next time when you do as I ask :). I donīt think Iīll repeat especially since when I got out there were other girls I havent seen when I went in. I almost went for seconds, but it was 2am and I had an excursion booked for 9am. Ariel took me to the hotel, and I ended up giving him 20.00 because that was all I had. Im sure that 5 or 10 would have been enough. Can anyone recommend a truly chica friendly hotel in the Cangrejo area (near the Veneto), which is also reasonably priced. I do not mind paying a small fee for a guest ($15-20), but no way $110! That is outrageous. Last time I was there I used Golden Times, but was unsuccesful in bringing the girl to my hotel, and had to go to a "Pushbutton". This time I want to use the escort agency ElComplaciente and I need to be able to bring the chica into my room without hassle. Please help.

I believe GT is open on Sunday, not sure. But Miami, which is right around the corner is for sure. Bodeguita is for sure. Veneto used to be good on Sunday but I am not sure how they are lately. One day chica friendly, next day puritancal.
Golden Times is open on Sundays. I don't think they close but for certain Chinese holidays.

Well guys, after reading so much of Golden Time, I had to check it out. First of all, after so many comments on the taxis, there is NO need to pay 20.00. Just go to the street and grab any cab that goes by and let them know you want to go to the Mirage Dorado Shopping Center. Taxi fare was less than two Dollars each way. Second, confirming on opening time, they start business at 7:30. However, that is Latin time. I suggest you get there at 8:00 or so. By that time everything is all set. I had to wait about 10 minutes since i got there about opening time. A local got there as early as me, and told the cashier that he had little time, and they let them pass before opening time, and got himself a gal right then.
As everyone has said, the selection is quite extensive. Once you pick your gal, you go to the cashier and pay the 84.00 fee. Not bad. I picked 46, Alejandra. Very submisive, would allow DATY big time, and enjoyed to have her ass licked. She had a gorgeous face, body, smile, and above perfectly made enhanced breasts. She wanted to go out with me for TLN, but her charge was 350.00. She was not that good.
One thing that I did not like of the place though were the beds. They are just massage ones and not really particular good for two people to be moving around.

My memory sucks, but I believe TLN was $250 the last time I did it about a year ago. Is it $350 now?
GT is open on Sundays but selection sucked the two times I went then.

My thought is that it will bring in more "fresh" meat. And these girls will be anxious to spend each of their nights making money. Many nights I went to Bodeguita and girls were having fun, drinking and getting drunk. Alot did not care if they had a customer or not. This will now change.
