I'll try it out and verify that this is actually the case.

[/QUOTE]So, that explains why I got a horribly noisy room when I booked through the internet, but I got a nice quiet room the next time when I just walked in without a reservation.

Also, its $35 when you reserve a room through the internet but $40 when you just walk in. That policy sucks and they've lost my business. I'll just sleep somewhere else and split my chicas between Adelitas and HK so now they're going to make less money from me.

I was down there last night and I was going to buy a VIP card. The info girl told me they were out and that they would get more next week. Bummer. With my frequent visits to HK, the savings alone from not having to pay cover would of made it worthwhile.

I can confirm this. I booked a room at Cascadas (the one above HK) last night. I booked a 2 bedroom. When I got there, they said they over booked and ran out. They offered me a Jaccuzi room at a discount for $56. I decided to accept the offer. Mainly because I wanted a room away from the stairs and traffic.

Their policies have improved, it is still a $10 deposit for the room key. They don't charge you when you take a girl up there. I took one up from HK and one SG. The clerk at the front desk didn't say a thing. Didn't get no knock on my door either.

Yes, I know I posted this in the Tijuana forum. Should of originally posted it here.

It means that if you burn all your cash you can at least get enough back on checkout to catch a taxi back to the border :)

There was a wet t-shirt contest on the back stage, which was not necessary because you can see all of their tits anyway; Elizabeth won. There was a couple singing on the front stage and also some sort of belly dancer? All the servers were dressed in beach gear, and most, not all, of the girls were in bathing suits; lame.

I basically hung out with Naomi for a good portion of the time. Her English is better than mine. We tried a few different ways of shooting tequila; mostly off her huge rack. She didn't like most of the photos, so I only got one, yep, in the ass again!

First post on here, frequent adelita monger. But I was thinking of trying out HK due to the rave reviews. My question is, is it the same concept as adelita bar, or is it just a strip club? What are the pros / cons compared to adelita bar? I'm going down there this weekend, and I'm thinking I might just have to check out both.

Short Answer is NO!

HK is not a Adelita type structure.

Many posting in this thread have addressed the variation. For pure mechanical sex Adelita has a big advantage over HK. HK is more or less "dream sex concept" with many uncertainties associated with it. Not all chicas are avialable at HK.

[/QUOTE]Hong Kong is a strip club and most of the girls are available to go upstairs for comparable rates to Adelita girls. If you think of Adelita as a hooker bar with a stripper stage, Hong Kong is strip club with hookers. There's a lot more stripping stages and they will almost always have a cream lesbian show going on. Then there's a lot of girls just dancing on the bars or on little pistas near tables. You can tip the girl a dollar for few seconds of groping, or waive her down and buy her a drink. Like US-styled strip clubs, there's privado booths ($20 for a few minutes, your mileage may vary as to what you get for that) , and VIP rooms. Unlike US-styled clubs there isn't a "no touching" rule.

Girl drinks cost the same and you're expected to ply her with drinks while she sits with you, just like Adelita. If you find a girl you want to go upstairs with, you'll need to pay the bouncer $1 for her robe and the hotel above is $15/30 minutes. There are more recently remodeled rooms but in general are about the same as Adelita.

I personally prefer Adelita Bar but will always go to Hong Kong during my weekly visits. Some nights it is stifling hot and crowded with guys which gets in the way of getting the hottest girls. There's a lot more girls there, but quantity doesn't mean quality.

Note on weekends, you have to buy a Tecate at the door to get in. If Tecate isn't your brand, you can exchange the unopened canned for another brand or bottle of water.

I have had a couple disappointing conversations with chicas at HK who do not go to the hotel. They'll drink with you in HK, and go to one of the Strip rooms, but won't go "arriba" to the hotel.

Every chica in AB will go upstairs to the hotel with you, but not all in HK will, most do, but just keep in mind that a small number do not, for their own reasons. I've certainly had some really fun times with chicas there and frequently visit both HK and AB.

You can always ask a Mesero if he knows if a chica goes "arriba", I've had one inform me that a chica I wanted didn't go arriba. It's up to you, some people are happy to just drink and go to one of the Strip rooms. Whatever floats your boat.
