Haven't seen any Korean WL here, they are mostly in Japan due to the weak Won vs Yen. There is a North Korean restaurant in Pudong (supposedly state sanctioned and only one of two (Beijing) outside of NK), but the staff really seems (socially) unapproachable.

Could you let us know how much and how long is a session? Are they still offering soapie and red rope?

One more thing I want to mention.
