I have had some luck with the chicas on previous trips but more of the trips have ended up with either me striking out while trying to find the right chica or me ending up settling for a bad experience because I got frustrated by all the back and forth with the chicas and meseros at HK. Ffs. OP needs to read up on how this works. The $30 is for a short time room in Cascadas. If you already have a room, this doesn't apply. HK will send a mesero over to your room if you keep the chica longer than an hour. If you try to bring an HK chica into the hotel for TLN, that's when they try and charge you the bar fine.

To recap the bidding, the question on the table concerns if you have rented a room at Cascadas, do you really have to pay a $30 barfine to bring a lady to your room for less than 30 minutes?

My impression is that the $30 is for customers who don't already have a room.

Concerning reports that management no longer allows customers to play with the ladies while buying drinks, my recent experience is that its no problem.
