It's a fair assumption that it could be August 31 as that was when social distancing was supposed to end. But with the flare-ups, it could be extended until later like the ban on fairs, beer festivals and large groups that will continue until November. What I do know is that it won't be until after August 11 as NRW has extending their emergency until at least that date.

The situation is getting worse in Europe and France will impose the mask in close areas, Hungary put on place new restriction for several countries, including Moldavia, Ukraine, Roumenia. I am not sure the FKK in Germany will open again this year.
