I recommend you stay at Grand Mercure Harmoni. This is a short Taxi ride from Classic.
If you are looking for a cheaper Hotel, there is a IBIS right next to the Grand Mercure. You will save 50% or more versus the Grand Mercure.

Never have to wait more then 5 minutes for a pick up. Every hotel allows it. If not, they would not be able to recognise is. Just say a friend will pick you up. The app even has integrated translation to English now so you can chat with the driver.

Just got back from a quick 4 day visit to Jakarta. Still think Classic is a great option.

Day 1- visited Kotah Indah komplex. Tried New Sariyu, where the ladies sit in a group in dim light and mama calls them over for a lineup, or tries to guess what youd like. You can reject or request as you see fit. Cost 400 k, plus tip. I took olli, overall average looks, average personality but nice figure. CFS,* and 150 k tip was accepted with a smile. Wandered around Tues. Corner to starmoon, which is a better setup. Girls sit in a better lit fishbowl arrangement. Again most average, with 2 or 3 better looking ones. I took Rhia. Maybe Ibu didn't know you would consider them, maybe she recognized your face and knew you wanted a house girl, maybe you said something to the likes of "I want to pay around 700 k only". Who knows what transacted, but if you actually saw someone you liked and didn't mind a higher rate, all you needed to do was pull Ibu aside and have her point her laser. You'll find out real quick if there was an appointment already made or not for your interest. I've found that this tends to happen a lot at be Fashion. It's some hotspot where the favorite girls are usually booked in an appointment by the local big shots.

First, you're staying in the nice part of Jakarta where a couple of well heeled namebrand 4. 5 star hotels are and some expensive long term rentals. There's nothing else around this entire area within walking distance that is a hobbyist's paradise. If you want to loitering about at the local malls and hit on the 18-24 year old civilian girls there, good luck. I don't know anything about that.

A Bluebird to North Jakarta (Manga Bessar or the neighborhoods about there) or Kelapa Gading would cost you time and money. About 45 minutes in the dead of night, 90 minutes in rush hour (and Jakarta rush hour goes well into the night) with 100 k to 150 k in taxi fare.

Considering these facts, it would be better if you found a place to stay in Jakarta Pusat (abbrev'd as JakPus). Go find a hotel within your price point in Central Jakarta (there are plenty).

Hit Malio, Classic, Travel, KI, KG, Loki, Kimochi, BATS, CJ, whatever else tingles you up. Something to be found for everyone, and it's worth it. I don't think Original Poster was able to enjoy in these venues as he checked in a little too far from the action and perhaps nobody gave him those solid recommendations.
