Paid a visit to the club yesterday. But to answer your question. No I've never tried it and wouldn't advise it. With that said, it's highly likely you wouldn't get caught. Have walked into Tijuana dozens of times and have only encountered drug sniffing dogs at the border once. Have never personally been searched by policia. Have also taken luggage into Tijuana dozens of times and only had it hand searched at the border once, though luggage is required to go through a screening machine where I assume drugs is one of the things they check for, I don't know. But the Mexican border patrol won't search you personally. They only screen your luggage and look for whatever it is they're looking for.

Most Zona Norte clubs do do patdowns upon club entry though the pat downs are fairly light. They're keying much more so on weapons, not necessarily drugs I think.

Is asking Tijuana's mongers a stupid question.

Me and this girl from HK went to my room in cascadas. We went for about close to an hour. There was no knock on the door or anything. We both left the room and entered Hong Kong with no issue. She messaged me about 10 minutes later saying she's been fined $100 and I paid her. Did she scam me? No one talked to us when we went from the room back to HK.

Regardless, I wouldn't have paid that fine and would've asked the girl for more details about it. Perhaps even talking to management about why she got fined if I could.
