Easy mongering in Kiev today is only for locals(who can get a lower rate) and for people(foreigners) who is willing to spend 100 $, 200 $ or 300 $ an hour or two.
$100 an hour most likely will get you only a 6 or 7 or girls from an agency.
Everyone else will have a hard time finding attractive young girls at yester year prices.

Probably the second requirement for a a passport with a chip is the most difficult for many unless they can fiddle the tax return as well.
