I totally understand your situation. I had been there. If you are worried, you can opt for PEP which need to be taken for 30 days. PEP can be started with in an hour to 72 hours of exposure however, Doctor is the best person to asses about the exposure and to decide whether to prescribe PEP or not.
Also, I'd request senior member like BabyKutu sir to chime-in with an expert opinion.

First of all thank you earth for sharing the spa details with me. Visited today's afternoon. It is located in the Begumpet just beside a famous shopping mall & coupons are available in nearbuy & little app. You won't find any signboard of the spa outside as it is located within an apartment. Very safe & secure place. The receptionist was an NE who welcomed me with a bottle of water. I negotiated to 1.5 k for 60 minutes (It is available at 1 k probably in nearbuy & counter the lady initially told 2 k). However, the lady told me they are very much reserved about accepting nearbuy coupons & allot male therapist sometimes. So I don't think nearbuy is a good idea here.
Now, coming to the deeds, I have received one of the best massage in Hyderabad so far with such a low cost. Miss M has a great attitude & very cooperative & a trained therapist but knows little English & local languages. Had received best bum massage till date. For 4 k, FS is normally available with common indi mentioned in the forum. Rarely you will get an indi with SP at 4 k. Here, you won't get the massage & sometime No BBJ & DFK also.
