I change about 3000 bht to peso at the Clark airport a few month ago from the money charger at the airport is a bank rate is not that bad, it is a better rate if you have USD or HKD most money charger in town do offer poor rate for baht if you have a large amount just change it back to USD in Thailand before you leave.

Inflation is having an effect on the mongering scene. Bar fines (or more correctly EWRs) at Insomnia, Atlantis and Doll House are PHP 3,000. LD's at Insomnia are PHP 300 and at Atlantis and Doll House are PHP 250. Given that it is customary to tip PHP 500 for a good LT performance, the prices are not that cheap anymore. Sure, there's plenty of free lancers about at cheaper prices, but weigh up the risks.
