My last 2 visits to Bomboa in 2023, they had bumped their consumption to R300. They have also added a 15% service charge and my waiter hit me up for a tip before I paid my tab too. They also add a credit card fee. Scandallo doesn't have any of these fees.

The food and drink prices are about the same as at Scandallo. Their room and exit / Saida fees are like R50 less than Scandallo.

I've also had girls quote similar prices to Scandallo. I would estimate the hourly rate the girls end up accepting might be about R100 less and pernoite about R200 less on average.

Once you add the fees, a night out at Bomboa will usually cost only 5-20% less than a night at Scandallo, depending on when you arrive, how much you consume, payment method and whether you do am hour or takeout.

I do love the location of Bomboa as it's closer to my hotels.

There is nothing in between, meaning 2,3 and 4 star do not exist. Considering the cost to enter the club at 11 PM that Bomboa is 10 times the cost of Casarao, and Scandallo is no more than 2 times the cost of Bomboa. Do you think I classify Bomboa as 1 star or 5 star?

That is beside the point, the post is trying to provide a simple answer to a question based on my observation, you pay for ambiance.

Yeah, now you mention Socrates, it's true there are hidden costs in Bomboa, besides the place is much smaller and their restaurant is pretty small upstairs.

The guys that work in Bomboa are FAIR people, no maf guys at all. So if you skip tipping, they will not throw you to the lions or to fake taxis like in other dangerous cities. If you simply avoid the help of the waiters to get you girls or a table, they will leave you alone. It's a matter of being firm with them.

In bad nights for girls in Bomboa (few guys in the bar) they will accept R500 to go upstairs. I have gone up the second time with a lovely brunette from the north of Brazil and to open her night she accepted R400. Price of first week of April. Vamos la pra comeAR! (let's go to start! She said).

It's true the average rank of girls in Bomboa is around 7's, few 8's. 9's once in a while, and yes I have picked 9's in Bomboa.

The average rank of girls in Scandallo I think is 8's, few 9's most nights and 10's (depending of what you can call a 10. For me it's a model type with athletic body).

The rooms are simply great in Bomboa, with big mirrors on the ceiling. I never used a room in Scandallo with mirrors on the ceiling, and I have used many.

The location of Bomboa I guess it's the best in town. One of the apartments I booked for productions was 2 blocks from Bomboa on Santo Amaro Av.

As SocratesNY says. No hidden costs at all in Scandallo. You pay what you get 100%.

I have had several not so great experiences. One where the girl left my hotel crying. She was not the one pictured or the one I talked with and did not want to be intimate so I gave her part of the money and suggested she leave. A person can do that and usually it is not so bad. However, my current favorite was from a last minute chance I took on PA because my then favorite flaked on me. Best way to handle any situation is to enjoy what can be enjoyed and shrug your shoulders and learn from the others.

Did not experience any special time limitation during withdraws during April. May 2023 with my Visa Electron debit card at Bradesco ATMs.
