the same night we tried several hole in the wall places in 136 and they did not impress, you have to wonder how the shitty little places will survive with some real money being spent on the bigger places.
next big bar to open is the reggae bar just up the road.
actually, i prefer the smaller bars. the big places usually have far too many **** virgins and other girls who are not available to barfine, and a less intimate atmosphere. then again, the first complaint also applies to bars 69, 136, and 104, which is why i seldom visit any of them.
rue 5 is turning into a good little steet and the reggea bar will add to it. if they did something with the 2 building opposite huxly's and iris there would be no need to go to riverside at all. is the cavarn bar owned by 69 bar and 104 bar?
reggae bar should be interesting. it is going to be on the corner of 5 and 110, which is starting to develop into a nice little bar area. happy man, cloud 9, and domino all have decent lineups these days, and bada bing is not a bad place to go for dinner and a few drinks to get the night started.
yeah, barry owns all or part of each of those three plus bar 136, if i am not mistaken. he originally owned dv8, but no longer. the cavern is not going to be a hostess bar. it is just going to be a regular bar + restaurant, similar to velkommen inn, which is practically right next door. if he matches the quality of their food at the same prices, that will be great, but i will be surprised if he does.
The Best Bus to take from PP to HCMC is Mekong Express. I think it is upto $13 now. It leaves from Phsar Orresay street 184.
can anyone recommend a gym in PP to work out during the daytime?
can anyone recommend a gym in PP to work out during the daytime?
Go from Walkabout along Chiplay-Hotel to street63, turn left and after something like a 100 or 200 meters you will find a small sign that is leading to a gymn in a backyard on the left side.
I think also some of the 4- or 5-star-hotels have gymns

I had some good times at Happy Man over Xmass, the one in the black I had a few times, thought she was a absolute stunner, tits where great, nipple did not look like a week old fried egg. She was not the best root! Khmer ladies seem to have the most ugly feet and never seem to lift them when they walk.

How many buses leave to and fro per day and how much time does it take. How does the immigaration system while travelling by road?

There are three buses 7.30, 8.30 and 9.30. You need to have a vietnam visa as you can not get one at the border on arrival. This can be obtained in PP for $35 and is available the next day. The buss takes 6 hours door to door. The Mekong buss makes the border crossings pretty quick about 30 min for both. they take your passports and get them stamped in and out you just get off the buss and back on when your name is called.
Travelling 6 hours is a bit too much, but if I want to choose one of the two either Ho Chi Min or Phnem phen what would you suggest. In terms of beauty and GFE. I am sure there will be a difference in price.

In PP you can choose out of both viet or cambo chicks anyway so you get the best of both worlds, i find the cambo's tend to make better GFE, but i prefer the look of the viets. I have only really transited through Ho Chi Minh and from that limited experience it seems a lot harder to get what you want over there, where as in PP its a piece of candy.
i 100% with cadreyboy, in PP girls are better GFE than HCM City both Viet or Cambo.QUOTE=Cadreyboy]100% Phnom Penh, you'd be nuts to go to Ho Chi Minh.

My feeling is that PP will win out. I have not made it to HCMC yet as on my last try I ran into alot of problems trying to obtain the Viet visa , but plan to do so again shortly.
Just from what I know so far about HCMC, its difficult to get all the FS at a cheap price, but not the case in PP.
Also, from my own experiences, the Viets are more "professional" .

The problem with vietnam, is vietnamese by law can not stay together in a hotel room together, without showing proof of marriage! And all vistitor too be out by 11 pm, and they keep your passport! So no LT! All hotels are ment to registor you information each day to the local boys in brown! There are ways around this, but is it worth paying tea money to the cops! PP is far better!

I second that. Vietnam sucks and it took me ages to find some action. Viets in PP will be cheaper anyway.
I agree with what others have said regarding Vietnam. When I worked in Hue I had an interpreter hook me up with the right club, and with a girl. But I'm sure I wouldn't have found this club on my own, let alone been able to make arrangements with the girl, who spoke no English.
Also when I first arrived I had a reservation at an upscale hotel on the Perfume River. He (my American interpreter who was Vietnamese) quickly had me change to a lower scale, but still decent, hotel that he knew would allow me to take a Vietnamese girl back to my room for the night. Without his assistance, none of this would have happened.
In HCMC, on a separate visit, I was on my own. I got the "right" hotel, and went to a few of the "clubs" to meet a girl. I found one, paid, and brought her back to my hotel. It was decent, but within an hour the hotel management was knocking on my door quite anxious to get her out of there. What a hassle.
Thailand and Cambodia are much better, less money, and essentially no stress and hassle.
