It's nice setup.

Guys I am in Goa now, and leaving tomorrow. Any hope near calangute or Baga beach areas?

Goa seems to have so much potential to become the Pattaya of India but it's a shame that mongers like me have to sit in hotel with their Johnny in hand, remembering my colourful Pattaya trips!

Unless you have trusted sp it is difficultto get extras in spa. Mostly professional. If you enquire they will say everything available and no need to give tips but all are false. I have bad experience in this especially in SIA spa calangute and I will pen down next week regarding this.

Went to north goa about a week back, its buzzing with tourists. Knowing goa is dry, tried non paid experience.

North goa is too much crowded, and spa scams more prevalent. Met few kids, who were swindled of 20 k. There are 3 interesting place to find explore for fun:

1. Afros: lot of afros from Delhi / Bangalore travel to goa in last 2 weeks, they generally are short in money. I have seen and talked with them in baga, cal beach. Spoke with 2 girls, were in group. Buyed 1 bear to each in group. Both agreed to spend night in exchange of shopping. Had fun with 1, had to pay 3500 for shopping.

2. Go to aramabol beach, there is fresh water lake. Lot of hippie live near that in forest in tent. Couple of old uncles apply mud over body for 150 bucks and after 30 minutes one has to bath in fresh water pond / waterfall. I was able to speak with a korean solo tourist in beach. I was going for mud bath and it sound interesting to her, she accompanied. We both had mud bath, giving ample time to talk and flirt. Wasnot able to sleep with her as we both had diffent dreams plan but we exchanged digits. She is coming to my city in mid Jan., lets see.

3. Hostels. Stayed in hostel near casinos. That area has old portugiese architectural charm. Seen lot of solo indian and foreigner females. My game did not work here but m sure its just a matter of trying.

Going by this forum, I understand it's more of a hit and miss most of the cases or you need to visit multiple times.

I'm around the Baga Area, any tips / hints?

Bro goa is good only for couples and families. For mongers like us, it's simply a 3rd class place for mongering. Very high chances of spa scams in touristic areas.

I was near Calangute and I think there are some opportunities near Calangute. Around 12 am. There were pimps all around asking for massage. I went to pick up some food at a restaurant whose name is hindi translation of rice. That restaurant definitely runs some thing in it. I saw a number of ladies in there. On two restaurant tables, there were couples and the gals were looking 100% pro. However, the whole scene was looking very shady. As you said HIGH chances of spa scams. I think the place was screaming for it. If I was planning to be there for a few more days, I would have done more reiki. But yesterday I listened to my brain vs the little Johny, picked up food from "rice"-a restaurant and went back to my hotel.

In Goa you can have fun even without mongering. So, no regrets. But would be worthwhile to build trusted contacts in Goa.

Came to goa for the new years eve and ended up staying a bit longer. If anyone can help me with some contacts, preferably from the south, it would be much appreciated. I have good contacts around Chennai, so please help me out here.
