Very true, mate. "Brokers excuse" is a golden mantra in mongering (see my earlier FRs). However, very often a broker is the only monger connection to a new network. Recently I had ridiculous experience with Fathood which I would like to share with other members so that they can think before dealing with this guy.:
I am in Bangalore for couple of weeks. I was not having any good independent contact left in Bangalore as I am coming almost after 8-10 months. So I posted in B’lore forum, a request to share some independent contact & I also promised that I will share the contact from Pune, Mumbai or Delhi.
Promptly I received a mail from Fathood and two more showing their willingness to share B’lore contact in exchange of Pune contact . I ignored other two mails and Fat hood had some post history and so called senior member decided to share a my contact with him in exchange of his contact
Fortunately or unfortunately I was suppose to be in Pune for these two weeks and hence I had managed some 2-3 independent contacts through the friend in this forum as well as through my local friends. However my Pune trip was cancelled due to this Bangalore trip. Hence I had not tried any one of them so far.
Still I share one of the very good new contact with Fathood as it was given to me by one of the very reliable friend. I mentioned in the mail that I have not tried her but she must be good as per my friends report.
