The same is definitely possible in the Philippines. Cebu to the beaches or Bohol. Manila to Palawan or Boracay. Lots of options.
The best thing is that there is no need to rely on hardened working girls. Just don't commit to too long. I find a few days is Goldilocks just right, maybe a week for a known girl. More than that and things always seem to spiral out of control.
Enjoy. G.
Thanks G,
Have done the Boracay gig a few times now and definitely not with typical bar girls. And it has been very fruitful.
I can appreciate how things can spiral out of control, as I had a contact a year or so ago who was fantastic, but once you mixed her with Red Horse, things got a little ugly.
Happily sticking to The Phils and wouldn't bother with Indo.
All my needs are fulfilled there and every journey offers a unique surprise.

Cheers. G.

Thanks for the thoughts on the various places and suggestions.
I'm torn a bit between Manila and Jakarta.
The former has direct flights from DaNang, the latter 1 connection, and a visa payment (VOA) for up to 30 days.

Pharmacy's
Does anyone know of any pharmacies in Cebu where I can obtain some antibiotics without a prescription?? I tried a couple last time I was there, and no luck. Also, does anyone know a good driver who can pick me up at the airport in Cebu?
Thanks.

Thanks.
Many pharmacies will sell you most prescription drugs W / O an RX. Just approach nicely with some confidence.
Arriving in Cebu you exit the airport, ignore all taxi touts, follow signs to taxi stand, grab a slip from dispatcher and a white cab and off you go. Now you have a good driver.
First time in Cebu?

First time in Cebu?
No, I was there last year, but the hotel picked me up. I went to several pharmacies last time by Ayala Mall and no luck getting antibiotics.
Thanks for your info. I'll be there Monday.

Enjoy Cebu!

Tell the doctor you get sinus infections from the pollution and need some on hand because you travel a lot.
Now pay attention. If you show the pharmacy the paper prescription they will check it off as completed. Take a picture of the prescription and show it to the pharmacy and they will fill it. Nothing stops you from using the same picture over and over again at different pharmacies. If one refuses then go on to the next pharmacy.
Be sure to thank this jerk later.

They often leave it on the counter when attending to the next customer, and I pocket it as I walk away. Or alternately they leave it on the counter as they walk in the back to check the stock, and I pocket it at that time. Can use the same one repeatedly.
Why are you getting a prescription to be proactive about getting a infection and take something to prevent it.
Its prophylactic, preventative. From the American Heritage Dictionary:
prophylactic /prō″fə-lăk′tĭk, prŏf″ə-/
adjective
Acting to defend against or prevent something, especially disease; protective.
Serving to prevent or protect against an undesired effect, especially disease.
Defending or preserving from disease; preventive.
Similar: preventive
The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, 5th Edition
Standard western thinking is that you get an antibiotic *after* you contract an infection and get symptoms. See also prophylaxis /prō″fə-lăk′sĭs, prŏf″ə-/; to treat it *before* it can get started.
