The best way is to take the elevator to the top or near the top, then check out the girls on your way down by stairs. Bring some changes as tip for the lady that operates the elevator. The setup in 134 is more like bar or club. I think there are 2 on each floor. The girls are standing near the stairs in 69 and I remember that you can buy drinks too on some floors.
