Obviously, my presumed wealth is the attraction, but far more attractive if dating and marriage is my intention than just a hookup. I know from experience that most of the girls who want to fuck me have no desire to be paid for their efforts if an LTR is possible. Rather, they want a relationship that is "largo plaza".

This trip is from early Summer. Unfortunately it took me some time to post but trust the notes were written in the midst of the trip. I hope you all find value from it. Thanks for the tips and notes I found through the archives.

Day One.

I landed in Santo Domingo at roughly 5 am. I was only going to be on the ground for 2. 5 days (A professional weekend warrior) so I had to make the most out of it.

Fortunately for me, despite all the stories, my Uber driver didn't play any games at arrival. From the airport to the Hilton Embassy Suites costed me roughly $800 DOP ($15); 30 min commute.

I stay at the Embassy Suites at $140 a night. I'm a diamond member, so for me, it was about leveraging my status for a room upgrade, free breakfast, etc. The hotel is better than the typical Embassy by Hilton you see stateside. I was also allowed to check-in immediately which was super early.

While at breakfast, I immediately started continuing conversations to finalize a meeting. Of all the dating apps, and sites I had used. Chica Rivas was the most responsive.

What I found off putting was it seemed to be the norm for the chica to want a "deposit" for taxi or some funds for like clothing. I declined all of those.

Reflecting, I never found the sweet spot of when to start engaging women on Dominican Cupid and Tinder to maintain interest and for me to have the energy to stay consistent. I'll say this, I started 3 weeks out and had lost a lot of my leads due to my own inconsistency.

3 days out from traveling, I started trying to bring convos back to life and had little luck.

We have one guy that has 3 aliases and holds conversations with himself, why I don't know. I'm suspicious of guys who don't have a posting history.
