A flight from Stansted can be around $25 return if you are flexible on your dates flying midweek. Return flights from Heathrow can be $100-$120 if you buy early and are flexible on dates and time. They fly into Dusseldorf via Germanwings or British Airways or into Frankfurt with Lufthansa and British Airways. There are a lot of flights as its like a bus route with the amount of Germans that go to work in London.
