Managed to get a 24h break on my way to Tokyo.
Landed at 8 am, and was out in 20 min thanks to fast track Thai Airways roYal silk channel.
Checked in at LL at 9, and went for a nap to recover from a short 4h night flight.
Then went to Tulip, hoping to find Pond, as per Fon tok recommendation. Sadly, she would not be availbale for the next 2-3 hours, so I had to abandon her and moved on. Then to Mango, where I took Cat. Report about this good, if not outstanging, expereince already posted.
Then time to recover, and I always do, a fuly legit tradutional Thai massage place, CEFLE, in the alley in front of LL. Super 2 hours massage by highly skilled and trained masseuse for 400 Bht.
The I walked down the Suk to the Biergarden, for a meal. Watched the Premiership surrounded by a few highly alcohol fuelled farangs. To my surpirse, there were a few hot babes there, but I was not yet ready.
Then went to NEP. Nothing much, I never liked it, so moved on to Cow boy, with the view, to do a bit of bar hooping. Went first into Rawhide, and was surprised to see all girls dancing fully naked. But none really stunning. However, a cute short one kept on smiling at me and came to sit with me. Just chated, did not ask for anyithng.
Just as explanation here: I am 60 + and my policy when picking girls is always to let them choose me rather that the opposite. So, I am sure that the grils does not dislike going with old men. They are chosen for being exotic (first) , more than for service (second). Just as the stunners often do not deliver too since they are appealing to customers for the look and they have enough customers, whilst a less beautifyl one has to win the customer and deliver a good service.

Long time monger who has just recently discovered this forum and looking forward to sharing some of my experiences throughout Europe, Latin America, the Carribean and Australia. I'm heading for Bangkok for the first time in a few weeks and have had a great time reading about all the pleasures that await me there. Thanks to all of your posts, I have put together a bit of a short list of all the places I want to visit but one thing that I haven't seen much discussion of is where to go for the absolute cheapest action. I'm not ashamed to admit that I enjoy dirt-cheap and sleazy encounters in back alleys, stairwells, unlit parks, back seat of cars etc. Places like Star of Light and the Kangaroo Club are definitely on my to-do list but I was wondering if anyone has any other recommendations for places for cheap and degrading action. Thanks in advance.

I am wrong. Japan women are the greatest in the world. Much better than Thai lady. The mongering is plentiful and full GFE. It truly sounds like a wonderful place.
