São Paulo is doing very well overall, so it has become a bit more expensive.

Having said that, The Palms is an upscale place. That's why it's more $$ But, that doesn't guarantee quality. On average it's probably better than other clinicas, but that doesn't mean every girl is going to be top notch. The one I got was very good. Slim, pretty, and enthusiastic.

With some research you can find great value in the regular clinicas for 200-250 Reais. Best session I've had so far was at Mirunas along with The Palms.

Another option is to find them on PhotoAcompanhantes / twitter. I paid are $ 500 for complete service 2 days ago. I think are $ 400-600 is the average I am seeing. Many advertise for are $ 150-300 but I don't know their quality. I filter by having reviews, verified pics, and possibly a video post. Then I do a quick search on GP Guia to see if she has reviews available.

And then you have Scandallo. Which is well reviewed here. Girl tried to quote me are $1500. I did not partake. I can write more about my experience there in a later post.

Scandallo is generally considered the highest and Clinicas are the most reasonable. I went to Scandallo last Thursday (it was holiday) and the place is very impressive. I see now why they took top spot from Bahamas Club. It's a whole different league decoration wise.
