Went to Macau for a few hours (11PM to 4AM) from HK. Bought Rio sauna package from Sing Ming Tours on the HK side (3123A 3 / F in ferry terminal) I mention their number because unlike previous packages I bought this one actually included everything it was supposed to. Paid HKD 2162, which includes a 2% charge for paying by credit card) and R / T ferry ticket, Japanese shower, massage and sex.

I liked Rio though the selection process is different from sauna 18, less girls, management brings them all in one room and you choose. Also the one I got was a "you are too big" type and even though she did make some attempts to provide FS I essentially got an expensive HJ. Milk bath (not included I think it was around 250 extra) was very nice though and the girl was a very pretty Chinese with big boobs, I did not regret. Overall it also came out cheaper than 18 the last time I was there a few months ago for a comparable service level also from a Chinese girl.

Personally I have only been to Sanado and Familia Nobre once and got bad or no service at both places so I tend to stay with the bigger saunas, really a matter of personal preference.

Big Boss until 2 years ago was a great sauna (not sure how it is now). But from this forum and recent reviews from some friends, it seems like the place is getting old.

Rio is always been the best experience in terms of the service. But again the place gets kinda crowded over the weekends and is a little bit costlier then the others.

For best service, wide variety of choice, value for money and an overall satisfying experience 18 is my favourite sauna in Macau.

My question: Do sauna places like 18 and Rio exist outside of Macau (other parts of the world)?

Below some background to the question.

I was in Macau in late 2011 and had a fantastic time in the Rio and 18 sauna. I had a blast of a time and although I have traveled world wide for work and been in every upscale or seedy sex spot in all those locations, I never had an experience like in these sauna\'s. And although I am going back soon in January 2013 I would really like to know if I have been missing out on similar experiences in other countries.

Let me explain what I did / loved about these places, to give you a better idea of what similar experience I am looking for:

- I loved the luxuriousness of the place.

- I loved the fact you can get pampered to the max. I had numerous pedicures, ear cleanings foot massages, handmassages, I had everything on the menu. I normally never get these but it felt fantastic to have these girls and boys fiddling around with your body.

- Thigh Massage. I love it: A 20 minute good quality hand job (well sort of) without cumming. Nobody questions you if you have 4 in a row. It is simply nice to have your dick played with for extend ammount of time, without the lady wanting to make you cum and without the need of reciprocation.

Of course there are some less positive points in comparisson with my pervers (.) wishes:

- all action indoors. It would be even nicer if there would be a garden (in summer) to enjoy some of this in (weather allowing)

The Macau spas are simply unmatched for service outside of the high end soapies in Japan which aren't worth talking about since you can't access them as a foreigner. For the level of pampering, some room salons in Korea come close, but they're expensive and you'll only get in if you come with one or more Korean men. Finding the place was straightforward using the directions on the site (located in the China Civil Plaza commercial-residential building at 249-255 Alameda Dr. Carlos Assumpcao (a big north-south street divided by a park that's south of Av. The Amizade) and once there the entrance is brightly lit. I was there early and got one free, small service. I took the ear cleaning because that was the girl who came by first.
