But yeah you're talking about going from a chongo where all the 50+ chicks are colombians thus harder to get a client to a much easier workplace.

The Doll House seems to be the place to find the Colombians. It's not cheap though. $140-180 to get laid.

Cafe Rojo is unique in Quito. The girls are not allowed to get drunk. They usually have a pretty good selection there. They are on the higher end of the chongos but the service is good. The girls will not approach you. They generally stand in the middle of the room and just make eye contact and hope you'll gesture for them. I like that. I hate getting caught up in a conversation with someone I have no interest in.

Many of them travel much farther than Ecuador to work. They make it to Panama and Costa Rica. The conditions in Colombia are hit and miss. And many of the girls are afraid of their families finding out what they are doing for a living. They try to get as far away as possible.

In Guayaquil, Ecuador, nearly all the providers I met were from Esmeraldas.

In Quito alot of providers were from Guayaquil.

In every market I visited, only a small minority of girls are from the home town.

Perhaps they have a "provider exchange program"

I am heading for Quito for three week this fall for a little site seeing, I will be staying at a hotel on Colón tween Cheers n Farragut.

It looks as though a six block walk will take me to several different hot spots. If I do need a taxi does anyone have a number of a good dependable driver? My last trip to Quito the Sacajawea $ coins were in wide use but now with the release of the golden president dollar are they being used? What are the chances of actually finding Shakira? I can only hope.

You don't need the phone # of any special taxi driver. They are all fine here. This isn't Colombia. Just jump in any of them (the yellow ones - there are piratas here too that can be reliable and just as cheap but it's a gamble as they aren't licensed. There are also other taxis that are not yellow but are licensed and have meters but you can't tell them from the piratas at first glance). Ask if they have "taxi metro" (metered) otherwise they might round your fare up to the next dollar or .50.

If there was ever a time where I missed south america more than ever, this week it is.

I am in europe now and made the horrible mistake if trying one of the chongos in here, long story short I got ripped off by the taxi driver and the place, ended up with a chick uglier than the ones you find in ecuador and 250 euro short.

To say I wanted to burn that place down the next morning is an understatement, I left prague a few hours after that incident, I can't even look at myself in the mirror for being such a fool.

Can't wait to get back to ecuador and the chongos that I know.

Finally, I get to head down to Quito again. This time I'm bringing a newbie along and get to show him around for his first time. I was hoping to hook up with Tung again, as I did on my last trip, but I guess he is gone now. (Thanks for all the guidance, Tung.)

At any rate, if anyone will be around on Friday the 22nd, it would be fun to hook up. We will def hit Rojo and 122 and then play by ear as well.

I thought prague was supposed to be the bargain sex capital of europe.

Maybe some years ago when the dollar was as strong as ever, now everything is pretty expensive no matter how you see it.

Like for example, I found out that you have to pay entrance for 99% of the establishments there, about 300 ck or $20, the cheapest prices for a girl would be 1, 000 ck or $56 but I found out that those are pretty much reserved to places called privates, like apts the *****s rent, and for that you pretty much need to know czech, so forget that. Then the brothels charge you about 100 euro per hour with the chicks and most places also charge you for the room!

And yeah overall in 4 days doing some shopping, dining, and walking around the city I spent like 250 euro, plus the 250 I got ripped off, comes to 500 euro or $850 so no, the city nor the mongering is cheap there.

And yeah I've mongered in the states, south america and now europe and by far south america takes the cake, europe as it stands right now it's just way too expensive for any dollar earning person.

One more month til I come back to South America, oh dear lord that day cannot come soon enough.

So I am here in Lima Peru for 2 more days and then onto Medellin Colombia. I spent everyday of the last 6 at a club in Lima that had Equadorians and they were cute as hell. Its only $295 for a RT from Medellin to Quito. I would love to do some research but there really isn't much time.

Any suggestions on where to stay and which are the hot spots to hit.
