The girl was from Bombay and her dress( even regular jeans and a top ) looked a little out of place in Ooty. I did evoke glances of envy when roaming with the girl around. And the waiters and manager were all over us to serve us the best. I drove down in my car and that was handy as well so that dont have to rely on local transport and we were just normal couple honeymooning.

Thank you for all your advice, I just wanted to know the package Deal actually and the place is not atall a problem for me in ooty as it is my home town. I Have a friend of mine who owns a cottage at about 20 kms from ooty, will beleaving Thursday morning for the same. Will update the forum about my trip.

On the airport road while I was on the way to office on Saturday I saw few girls standing on the street next to the manipal hoispital, they are not hijras for sure as I stopped the cab I was in and told thedriver that I need to take Money from te atm and got near the girl to check weather she is a hijra but she was not, Gave a smile and she was not bad. Good look 8/10 the time was around 10. 15 pm and there were other girls before the pizza hut also, did not have time to talk to her as the cab was on waiting. The best thing to do if you are on your transport is that you can park your car before the HDFC atm parking and start walkin a little on the airport road. Just thought that this would help some of our friends here.
