Note that in Tijuana it is illegal for girls to stand on the street soliciting customers except in the Zona de Tolerencia. You won't see them standing around everywhere.

I have never been there so still was not sure of the area he was in but I think I have that down as well. Thanks for the update.

On the San Ysidro side, After clearing the Mexican customs / migration building and walking down the street to where all the taxi guys are.

A) where is the Hong Kong limo located? I see a unpaved parking lot to my right but no limo.

B) I see a van / bus on my right halfway to the bridge. How do you take one to these. Where does it stop. Do you just hop on and do you pay first or later. Should I be concern that one of the passenger will mug me.

Ensenada Carnaval is next week. Parties all over town the whole week but Sat and Sun Feb 22 -23 there will be floats and parades. • Monday, February 24,2020: the " Dance of the Oppressed Husband " is performed, a massive concert that you cannot miss.

• Tuesday, February 25,2020: it is the day of the " Award for Best Comparsas ". One of the funniest days, very similar to Saturday, the most beautiful evening of the whole year.

Your probably right. It's got to be a little bit of a mind-fuck for them as physically it probably feels good from the stimulation but they maybe totally turned off by the guy so it really has to fuck with their mind at times. Sure they get a few good looking guys once in a while but not all the time.
