I've never met any Swedes there. The club is owned by Turkish guy, so it makes sense for meeting Turkish guy.
For that to be enforced, a government would have to place huge fines on escort advertising sites, and have the ability to make those sites inaccessible to German customers, if the escort's website, or mass advertising site, does not have proof that an escort serving the German market has registered as a sex worker. That is a logistical nightmare. Very few of those websites are hosted in Germany, so it is unclear if a request for such proof would be honored if requested electronically by the German government, and unclear if any German law would even jurisdictionally extend beyond Germany's borders, or if the German Laws would allow blocking of websites that did not comply with requests. So even if the law requires that German escorts register on the Sex Worker Registry, it is doubtful that the compliance rate is very high among escorts, particularly for foreign workers. Escort advertisements do not use real names, so German law enforcement is going to have a difficult time finding them. Of course Germany could have its police booking fake escort appointments and demand to see her registration papers, but that is not consistent with Germany's law enforcement approach to sex work, thank god.
Of course, brothels and FKKs are different. Germany grants them licenses. It is easy for an inspector to drop by and count ladies, look at the registration card for each lady, and compare payouts to registration cards for ladies not there. Clear violations would risk license revocation.
But many escorts throughout the world prefer to ply their trade without registering as a sex worker. In fact, I would argue that most would prefer that.
So to work in FKK, you do need to register? But for escort agencies, you do not need to register?
As usual, these laws are so complex and complicated.
There was this sort of famous guy who's been on TV countless times, former boxer, reformed thug, cook, you name it. He was caught in a sting operation a couple of months ago. The attacks on him were super serious. Every company he associated with had to sever links immediately. He was also reported for rape (since prostitutes are trafficking victims). I'd rather be caught doing just about anything than being caught soliciting prostitutes in Sweden. I know more experienced people say risks are low and if you deny nothing will happen. Possibly true but not worth it when Germany was available. Not even worth it now.
And all he had to do is to fly to Germany LOL.
I would say legal prostitution is the best format to have best sex life for men from standpoint of safety in all perspective.
Nobody around me know about what I do in Germany, I do not have to worry about getting sued or prosecuted, I have no women bothering me to do thins that I do not want to do etc. And above all my sex partners do not get old or ugly and I get to choose with whom I have sex with, how many and what to do during sex etc. Isn't this the best men could hope for? I would say so.
In this almost free world we finally and fortunately get to live in now, it is a waste to just to stick to one pussy.
When it comes to sex life, I lived among the best and I did it my way as Frank Sinatra once said because I never abandon my childhood dream of fucking many young beautiful girls as I want one after another. In my life, this became reality, I did it, and I feel so accomplished as a man. And to be continued LOL!

IIRC, independent girls don't have to register.

I sometimes don't get Sweden's hostility with prostitution, and Sweden. Is it because of radical feminism or because of old Protestant Christianity (Lutheran) morals and views on sex? Quite a shame they act like this. They could have been a big advocate for prostitution given their "progressive" nature.

If so, they are probably not so forthcoming in revealing their nation of origin. Also, Swedes speak English pretty well. I personally have a difficult time discerning a distinct Swedish accent when speaking to a Swede in clubs. I've even sensed a bit of hesitation when I do ask about their country of origin.
Even if not true, I believe the Swedish culture is a bit more critical of prostitution than most others. Something like 71% of Swedes supported the position of criminalizing the purchase of sex. The social stigma in that country itself may predisposed Swedes from revealing their nationality while visiting a brothel.
According to a Swiss newspaper Sweden is stepping up its fight against prostitution using new methods. Link in German:https://www.msn.com/de-ch/news/other/schweden-intensiviert-seinen-kampf-gegen-die-prostitution/ar-BB17Oly4?li=BBqfRGn. I think it's scary that most of the political establishment is strongly opposed to prostitution and giving sex workers rights. He has just (late May) released a new book, so I think some operations have the purpose to stir up some dust and maybe increase the interest for the book.

Is this business still working? Do Sweden still make this shame out of the land? It was just after law prosecuting clients. Same law in France, so we go in Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium or NL on the other side of our borders. Also no big risk meeting escort in private in France.

Some girls stopped because they didn't want to register. Mio. De can t work anymore in Germany because she doesn't want to register, so she tour at Globe. Manga girl, but lovely.

Yes, I am sure that all escorts are required to register.
But what if they don't?
How does the German police detective find 'Sunshine" who advertises as an escort to confirm her registration, particularly if the website she advertises on is not located in Germany?
Sex work has less than 100 percent perfect compliance with registration, taxation and government pension contribution systems.

Even worse than 71%

Scandinavian women give in to sex with their men very easily. When I visited Denmark and Sweden in 1992 I found the women so very friendly and easy to ask out on a date. In Denmark a young beautiful 18 year old girl who I never thought would have been friendly with me went on a date with me. I met her at a swimming pool complex where she was with her younger sister. Scandinavian women are super friendly.

Update about prostitution situation in Saarland.
Prostitution is allowed again due to the judge's verdict in Saarland, but as long as the official rules for it are not clear, it cannot, at least officially, be exercised.
Source: https://www.saarbruecker-zeitung.de/saarland/landespolitik/prostitution-im-saarland-wieder-erlaubt-regeln-dafuer-aber-noch-offen_aid-52746039.
So it is still a rocky road. In the meantime, the "Working Group on Prostitution Sites of the Federal States" is developing rules on how prostitution can take place in the future, taking the Corona measures into account, and which special paths municipalities can take.
