I've been to a lot of casas and they have the curtain there for the chicas to peek through. Never seen a chica peek and not introduce herself to whoever was waiting. This is to the extent that in my over dozen times so far in a casa in Medellin I am unsure why they even have the curtain.

While on the topic of more expensive casas. Their advantage is that they have nicer rooms, amenities and locale.
There really is no point going to these places over centro unless a) you are in the area where said casa is located for reasons other than chica hunting; b) want a more upscale, clean legit massage / shower / room packaged deal.
From my experience, the chicas that are there are not really better quality than centro. Especially since centro has dozens of casas so the numbers game plays out better there.
Also keep in mind that Energy and Blue Room, from what I gather, charge their hourly rate for one round of sex. At Energy, a second round is an extra 50 k. Which is pretty dumb. You can pay the house or you can work something out with the chica while in the room (maybe give her 30 k or something).
Whereas twice is 70 k at New Life, or 60-65 k at others. Quality of chicas is slightly better at Energy (been to New Life about half a dozen times and Energy a couple of times, although, as always different strokes for different folks and YMMV).
So you are paying either 60 k-110 k per hour extra for the room. Quite pricy.
I suppose the best solution is to find a casa that is near a short time hotel in centro that has nicer rooms and a decent hourly rate per room. I guess Yakusa would qualify, but I don't like their lineup.[/QUOTE]Went to blue room, never again!

Low cost airline with a growing number of routes in Colombia. I've never tried, Avianca and LAN work fine for me but I can't imagine VC being much different from and other low cost carrier I. E. Spirit, Southwest, EasyJet, AirAsia, FlyDubai etc.
