I think if you can speak Czech, then getting laid in Prague is much easier than say New York. But if you can't speak the language or are shooting for someone out of your league (younger, thinner, whatever), it won't be much different than other cities.

I must say both Apartments and Hotels each have their own benifits. I would stay in Hotels for shorter stays but apartments for longer stays. When I have taken short Side trips to other Cities in Czech Republic I have stayed in a Hotel.

But I would feel quite boring walking in and out of a hotel for 2 weeks. Apartments are definantly better for the hobby, but hotels have their benefits like a good buffet for breakfast but you can go into a hotel even you are not a guest there for a small fee, good value:-))
