So I've been coming to Goa for many years (30+). There are so many stories of people getting scammed, its become like a joke, I bumped into soooo many people of the last few years who told me about their exp getting ripped off. I would like to add my 2 cents here.

Afros. Dime a dozen. The ones on MR are very dodgy so didn't go for them, instead if you hang around vagator beach road (you can also find them in the arambol stretch but thru local info have be advised to avoid them as they are usually Ugandan and they have the worst rep of ripping scamming people, you can always know them but how loud they are when they talk), there are tons of bars that are road touching, all you need to do is go to one of these bars and get a seat that is road facing. After 8 pm in the evening you will see tons of Afros walking the street solo or in groups. All are working girls. Simply sit at the bar and watch the parade go by. If you see a girl that meets your expectations. Simply approach her and seal the deal. 2-3 k a shot. . VFM if you want a quick dick fix when you get drunk instead of going online and getting ripped off. Few very fuckable ones, the only thing you should definitely do is when you take them back to your place, make them shower since they sweat from walking around the area and while its not their fault, a quick shower solves the problem and perks you can get a great blow in the shower, which I personally like.

Russian / Foreigners. Usually it's best to contact your local SP from where you are and ask them about their connections in Goa (50% of SP's from cities have some connect in Goa since these women move from city to city).

You can also roam the Arambol belt late in the night (after 12), you will find working girls roaming the streets but these are usually the junkie foreigners who are looking for a quick buck to fund their addiction. Trust me it does exist, I once bumped into these 2 dudes at a casino, they had come from Gujarat, loaded fuckers, they were just throwing money at the casino and had this fuck it attitude, they invited me back to their resort and I was like wtf why I would to go back to a resort and hang around with 2 dudes who were totally drunk when I wanted to have sex, but digging more and to give you context of what happens on the darker side of Goa, these guys along with a group of businessmen in their community have a bi-annual sex and gambling program that they each pay a certain amount, it covers flights, hotel (they book an entire resort for 1 week), booze. They only money they need is for gambling and fucking, the agent who organises this for them takes care of all the logistics and the whole resort is divided into 2 sections, one for gambling and the other is the dance bar type party with the girls and all you do is fuck. While this seemed very far fetched to me but these guys had no reason to lie and really wanted me to come back to their place and see for myself, I'll be honest the guys were a fry and I had just lost some money so I said fuck it. But this story has been backed up by quite a few people I have talked to over the years. Locals and outstation business men.

You also have the Russian mafia that pimps Russian chicks but getting into their circle is very difficult, these women only service the local mafia or imp people that let the underground scene run.

SA Goa is another level, chicks on SA Goa definitely have a GPS. Better to take a local SA chick to Goa who will appreciate the vacay and fuck your brains out as a thank you, which chick wouldn't like a Goa vacay.

Indes. Only the locals who need quick fixes since they are usually married or have a family at home know about these, the locals don't tend to share unless you are known to them (this doesn't come easily as trust works both ways), you can have a range of 3 k-15 k types that the locals fuck.
