My GF and I spent time at Soi Cowboy last weekend and bar fined a very energetic and accommodating girl from Shark (where we were impressed by the range and quality of girls, albeit the lack of a show). If she is in a choreographed dance or show then you will have to wait until she is finished or (your best bet) , tell her number to the mamasan or a waitress who will take care that she will join you after the dance.

It was 30 dollars the last time used it and you are whisked thru immigration and of course gain access to the Mobay lounge. The lounge opened last year and I used it in July. Same service is provided in Kingston.

It depends on the bar. Baccara is Japanese style, which means the girls are taught not to bother the clients unless they're called for. Japanese guys don't want girls pestering them, and if you've ever had some unattractive girl sitting right next to you and not leaving, you can understand their logic. So if you want a girl in Baccara, it's often best to ask the waitress. Just ask for her by number, or you can point.
In other places the girls will be more friendly and walk around and come right up to you.
