There are too many Neha's floating around. I have number of one Neha (different than one you mentioned) who is also from Mpatta. Haven't been able to sample her but she does not ask for reference.

Got a contact of SP in Kothrud. This SP is old one in business. His den is near Kothrud depot. Went to his den. Girls were mostly from Bengal and below average. There are 10 %, who will ask for ref call from the person who has given the number (like in case of Naha Aundh). But, again in this too, an individual's politeness plays a greater role. I've been trying MPs till date. Looked for good deals for B2B massages and additional fun but no luck. Those that I found for ST were charging high. While going through the forum posts could see some fellow bros mentioning economical lodges / hotels near Bangalore highway. Otherwise these Indies who are already in the game for some time. Their digits can be taken from fellow mongers too. Some of the SP girls will give you their digits since SP is a temporary arrangement for a fixed duration for most of them. But most important. Mongering is an art. Keep eyes and ears open. Scout for possible leads in clubs pubs online AFF ISG locanto. You never know what you will find where. There will be major disappointments too. My take. Without them you NT appreciate the better experiences.
