I believe that every time a new DC or Inspector comes in, he purposely asks some SPs to give themselves up in order to gain a good rep with the higher ups.

On a completely different note, looks like it always has been relatively easy for Uzbek girls to come to Chennai, let alone India. I see many people on the Dubai forums sponsoring a a girl's visa (Ukraine for example) and keeping them in their apartments (not pimping them out of course). But then again, the girls actually want to go to Dubai. I would love to know if anybody has tried exploring the option of sponsoring an Eastern European girl's visa.

Start from Thoraipakkam and watch out on your left hand side as you move towards Pallavaram. I'm sure you'll find at least 1 or 2. I've seen on multiple places in this single stretch. So drive slowly and you may spot them.
