I have visited a few spas in the area including the ones you have mentioned and all of them are on alert mode with extra people at reception and random strangers sitting guard all day.
At O, watchman tried to cover up but after some talk, said that his wife saw some cops come down. Receptionist said something similar but assured nothing will go wrong.
Did not take a session anywhere cause of the paranoia.
