I am 45 now. Is it suitable to take any drugs for enhance time? Gone through the posts and shortlisted two. Duraplus and duralast. Are they safe? Present ly having some ED and PE issue. Waiting for your suggestion please.

Hi, if you have both ED and PE then duraplus is best but if you have only PE then go for duralast.

Recently got in touch with a sexologist with the problem of PE and not staying hard enough during intercourse. I got the below prescription. Surprised that it does not include the Duraplus or Duralast tablets. Could someone please let me know how these tablets are. I know 2 of them are just supplements, but the Night and before inteecourse are the main ones.

Efil 5 MG Tablet. Before Intercourse 1 hour.

Paxura 12.5 Tablet SR. Daily 1 at Night.

Maltura-the Tablet. Daily 1 at Morning.

Vitonine Capsule. Daily 1 at Morning.

Let me know your opinions.

Heck, I can tell you as well but it should come from a doc. If you want to, you can consult a doc virtually. I used Practo app few months back when I had gonorrhea. Literally did my consultation via chat in Practo (Urologist, BTW). He prescribed the medication. The doctor's prescription was digitally available in the app that I could download and print and show to medical stores.
