I have been to all of the ones you listed (except Taj Mahal, Ora Spa, Lotus Lounge, and Sharon Premium) and they are all full sex. I would expect that the ones I haven't gone to are all also full sex but you could confirm with reception that is the case. To ensure that you get what you want, talk to the girl you are interested to see if she does what you want (DFK, BBBJ, anal, DATY, CIM, etc) and if there is an extra fee for them, and then decide whether to go to the room.

This is done daily through WhatsApp. I think their websites are really facades to make seems like legit businesses. The moema clinicas, prime, 57, enjoy and Tangara, etc, there is no massage, just sex. In some of the higher end clinicas like lotus, palms, oro, the girls usually start with a massage and I have seen a few of these clinicas offer two options, a regular massage with BJ ending, or sex (complete). They cater to the older and richer clientele in SP. These messages are pretty weak and usually you can ask the girl to skip the massage. The massages are all the same bad and I have not seen a true nuru plus sex option. When I want a good massage, I look a legit massage place which advertises to women and offers manicures / yoga. [/QUOTE]The higher end Clinicas (Taj Mahal R400, Sharon R600, Lotus R800, Oro R600, Baronesa R700, all numbers approximate) all offer FS but often they start with a 10 minute massage that escalates. The only one of the high end Clinicas where you might have to explicitly ask is Sharon, because they offer an option for R400 without FS. In the session they might ask if you are familiar with the house, and usually saying you want "todo" / "everything" does the trick. The next tier down of Clinicas will usually skip massage and dive right in, although, amusingly, sometimes the front desk will say "boa massagem" / "have a good massage" when they drop you off in the room.

I learned about a few new spots today from the recent posts. I'd like to know these costly clinicas have better quality or not in terms of women. The pics on their website look great for the facility, but are women worth the price?

Palms: I believe it is are $ 750.

Taj Mahal: 450.

Sharon: don't know cost.

Can someone provide some insights thanks.[/QUOTE]Generally, the high end SP Clinicas are about 2 x or 3 x the cost of the next tier down of Clinica (and they are about half the cost of Scandallo). What do you get for that extra expense?

1. Nicer facility / better rooms. Taj, Baronesas, and Sharon are all recently renovated, and have a more upscale environment.

2. About 1 or 2 out of 10 massagistas have more of a natural / no tatoo look vs what you'll generally find in the next tier down of Clinica.

3. Some of them (Sharon, Taj, Baronesas) start as early as 10 AM. The next tier down Clinica doesn't get going until around 1 or 2 PM.

If you are a Clinica veteran and you don't want to do repeat sessions, and you like more of a natural look, you can supplement the regular Clinicas with some high quality sessions in these. The photos on the websites of Taj, Sharon, Baronesas, and Lotus are pretty accurate.

They are more selective on the girls and tend to be better dressed. If you are short on time, and just want to visit one clinica, you have a better chance of finding a girl you want at high end one. But the biggest difference is the rooms, they are more luxury spa and that's what you are really paying for. I have seen girls bounce back and forth between high end and regular clinicas. In terms of girl service, the girls are about equal. I actually think I have gotten better service from regular clinica girls. You don't have to deal with the massage BS at the start of the session. In a hour session, I usually get 2 pops in a regular while at the higher end it's usually one and done. Also the girl presentation at high ends are mostly by tablet, not in person for some strange reason.

A few weeks ago, I had a session at a clinica. The reception was saying she could not find my review on GPG so I wasn't qualified for discount and charged me 270. The discount price is 200. I paid and left. I checked my GPG account and I had review but it's not recent. Now she said that my review wasn't recent and I had to post review for each visit to get discount. I am OK with that as it's their rule but I am not going to do that. I then wanted to clarify that how much time I was charged. Was it half hour or 1 hour because I always ask for half hour for new girl. She said I went over a little then proceed to return 70 back to me which I did not ask for. That was actually weird because I wasn't planning on asking money back and did not expect her to do that.

But if she did not give me the 70, my next question was going to be why the intercom didn't ring at about 25 or 20 minutes into the session to warn me?

Usually in Medellin I as at Dann Carlton (they liked me, said I set a record for good looking guests, never charged me, dah) Catfishing girl or problem girls got kicked out or were not allowed onto the property. It can be a little tricky using the tablets, although a few of them have occasional videos (which are more accurate) and at least you can tell who is more natural / has fewer tattoos if you care about that. They are not necessarily dirty, but quite chaotic, very crowded, and a bit disorganized. Think LGA on a bad day before the remodel. That noted, I would still use them given convenience, just give yourself an extra 45 minutes if you need to check a bag (can take some time).
