Yes, you can catch an STD if you bare-back a girl. Your Tinder date and in particular pay4 play girls. Particularly in poor countries you should assume that girl don't get tested for STD and will only seek treatment with antibiotics if they show overt symptoms of an infection. As for asking the mamasan: don't. Not in Travel Hotel. Not at Lokasari. The girl needs to save face. If a girl really is hesitant at Lokasari (which I encountered exactly once), you can promise that you will finish on her stomach. But most girls are fine with CIP. In Travel / Classic I have a 70% success rate of negotiating BBFS.

AirBnB: I don't have any particular recommendation. Just read the reviews of previous guests. I would stay away from ELPIS apartments (to the east of Lokasari) though; you'll find 6-8 offers there. But even on the 15th floor there was a bug infestation and the train line directly next to the tower causes quite some noise.

Option 1:

You come up with a convincing story, that you may have caught something from your lovely wife back in America / Europe. You emphasize that you have been monogamous your entire life and that it definitely isn't something you picked up at Travel or Classic (make sure to mention them by name) as you wouldn't know about such a place let alone step inside.

Option 2:

You realize that it's not America or Europe, and nobody gives a f*ck about prescriptions. You go to your nearest pharmacy and they give you anything you want, no questions asked (except narcotics and similar stuff). L.

There are different versions what to take. The simplest would be a 3-day z-pak regimen.

For chlamydia its doxycycline 100 MG twice a day for 10 days. You could get doxy prep, doxycycline 200 MG / day each day has been shown to reduce (but not eliminate) the risk of GC, Chlaymdia and syphillis.
