.[/QUOTE]Uncle V. Good news. Shisha has been banned in pattaya recently from all entertainment places. I have paid for it in almost all places including Insomnia and hate the very smell of it. Some relief at last.

Although I don't go there much anymore. Sometimes you can find a hottie.

Many times I wake up in the middle of the night, head to a disco, go up to any random girl and say "Let's go." None of all that interviewing and feeling the girl out stuff that mongers talk about. Sometimes chicks are just out to party and will not go with you, but 9 times out of 10 they will either 1 get their purse and come with you asking no questions, or 2 say how much you give me. It only gets simpler if you are picking them out of a fishbowl.

"Not allowed on Walking Street"? I wasn't aware of any Walking Street ban for anyone. More likely that the "Coconut Bar"-girls don't feel comfortable in Walking Street (too many non-mongering tourists; not beautiful enough to compete with the agogo-dancers; no place to sit; . . .).

How did it go once you got to the room? Did they give good service? Was it GFE? My only concerns with this direct approach is that I use the initial "interview" to see whether or not there is chemistry. The view times I have had bad service was when I skied this step. Though I've also had a very good time with girls that I just took on the fly (but this was mostly from BR where you don't have a lot of time to interview and girls are a bit more direct).
Call me a sucker, but I like the flirting, buildup, and illusion that she's into you. For me that's half the fun. I'll be in town for a month next trip, so I'll have more time to experiment. I will give your and Mr E's "kamikaze method" a try one night when things aren't going well with my usual approach.
I am really looking forward to going back there in low season. It was just too crowded with dudes in December/January.

You go to a club you pick up a girl you dance the night away, bump, grind and maybe more for a bit then go to your room. That's why I don't mind buying drinks because your having fun and you want the girl or your friends if your not solo to have fun.
The way I see it if this approach is your style maybe the bars would be better? Purely business and money based?

But I can also see the rationale behind Mr. E's approach too. FLs at I-bar (and similar establishments) are prettier than beer bar or BR girls. And, on average, they charge less than the top GoGo girls -- though they are just as pretty.
That said I too like to play with illusions and do my fair share of bumping, grinding and making out at the club before taking them home.

I have my fun in the day time by hanging out with friends doing different activities. I am not a bar guy and I don't pay bar fines. I have about 25 bottles of liquor at my place if I want to drink. If I go out at night then it is not to party and have a good time. It is to find a chick to bring back home at 1000 baht LT.
A lot of the girls in the discos already know me and I don't want my business in the street. I tend to play the background then when I see something I want I strike like a cobra and I'm out of there quickly. The girls are there for money and I have no illusions about that. I prefer to cut to the chase instead of pussyfooting around. I save that type of behavior for women who are not hookers.

If you've been to Pattaya, you might relate to some of the adventures my main character gets into (happy ending massages, go-gos, beer bars, and of course good times the girls). You get what you pay for.

These girls that I took Kamikaze style out of Ibar were in my opinion the hottest girl in the place at the time. Their attitude when I approached was not overly warm by any means but they did not directly reject me. So I made the proposal right away and they were open to going at a price. Their attitude in the room and initially in the bed was the same as it had been in the bar. It has been my experience where ever in the world I have been that supper hot hoes with attitudes enjoy a good stick man in the bed and really like a good pounding. I'm not saying I'm anything special, because I'm not. But I have been doing this for a long time all over the world and like anything in life the more you do something the better at it you become. If your a good stick man they will respond accordingly in the bed and each time with the supper hotties from Ibar it turned out to be a PSA experience in the bed.
I personally don't enjoy the flirting and the buildup. I much more enjoy the taste of victory than the thrill of the chase. Maybe I'm just to risk adverse or have been around and seen to much. But my thoughts are always of getting ficha fucked, buying drinks all night and paying for various things with a flirtatious girl only to be told at the end of the night she's on mens or has to leave with her friends because her friend doesn't have the key to get into their apartment. I need to get laid first before I'm willing to play daddy warbucks at the disco with a flirtatious girl.
