Thanks for the help.[/QUOTE]1. High season is around fall / winter months. Large crowds of mongers but also more girls. Do not go around Christmas as the bars will be dead around that time due to the girls flocking to the provinces for the holidays.

2. It depends on your budget. AC has a hotel for all type of mongers. I exclusively stayed at the Wild Orchid which is on the expensive side. You have the $86-130 a night. If you really want to live on "High Society" try the Lewis Grand or ABC. Never stayed at those because they are out of of vicinity of walking street. You can take trike or take the walk up to you. I heard the (different from the Wild Orchild) Orchild was a good stay for low budget mongers.

3. Depends on the bar $43 was the standard in big bars. While $11- $21 was the standard in the small bars.

4. Just walk down the street and pop into any bar you see fit you never know what you might find. I always like the Blue Nile, Atlantis, Dollhouse and Genesis.

5. Girl will stay for a couple of hours (short time) or to the morning (long time). Most will stay until morning unless she is a hardened pro or she thinks you are the Elephant man.

6. Budget depends on you. How many lady drinks you want to buy and how many bar fines you want per day. Stay away from lady drinks. Only buy one drink per girl you are interested in they add up quickly.

7. Don't wear valuable things such as jewelry its not worth it. Filipino guys have mastered the art of removing jewelry from other people. I were jewelry all the time around the county and only one time thought I was in danger of being a victim. I recognized the situation and once my predators realized I saw them coming they back off. They also can sense weakness in some individuals as one old time monger and member here who resides in Manila has been robbed countless times and he wears no jewelry.

8. Be nice to the people but don't be a fool. Watch out scams and tricks. If you buy something off the street watch guys who will double back saying you didn't give them all the correct total for the item. Make sure you count it out loud along with him. Don't order a bunch of drinks because they add up quickly. Don't argue with staff. I saved a guy life back in 2012 when he was harassing the bar staff after having one to many. Don't walk down any side streets. Filipino street guys mostly at night will try to harass you and try to get you to fight with them. Mind your business, ignore but keep your eyes on them and not the half naked bar girl that's probably accompanying you back to your hotel.

MOST Us airports are not capable of handling it. Got my first 380 ride earlier this year from Tokyo to Bangkok.

More people just means the higher your chances to get sick before you touch down for your vacation.

In Baracay the girls are no good, and much worse in high season. Angeles, not so much.

At High Society I paid one thousand down, and promised them one or two thousand in the morning. This sounds somewhat cheaper, but the sweetest and most innocent girls in High Society generally come in pairs, and I felt reluctant to split them up.

Airport facilities (or lack of) and size are crucial for an A380. NNAIA has no chance to accept (even though it did a promo flight with a pinoy captain a while ago) and it is very unlikely commercial services using that plane will be starting this century.

This was about 3 years ago and ostensibly the useless politicians have been "studying" the proposal ever since. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, NEDA has announced that it is "studying" alternatives for NAIA which, as all sentient creatures know, can't be improved to acceptable standards given the impossibility of expanding its size. Hopefully, the next President, who is likely to be more intelligent than the current one, will disinter the San Mig proposal and decide to move the country into 21st Century air transport modernity. Until then, forget about accommodating the A 380 anywhere in this country. I'm guessing that the real reasons local pols hate private public partnerships is that there's no way for the, to dip their hands into the till.

The big elephant just dwarf's the other planes, it's the quietest plane I have ever flown in. The upper deck differs from airline to airline. Some airlines even have the First class downstairs while most have the First and Business classes upstairs. I have flown a few times on Air France business class and the service is just out of the world. The seats can roll down into a bed without annoying the passengers in front and behind. The French provided Champagne before taking off then it was constant fresh food and any type of drinks you may want. The plane also lands like a baby. It's a beautiful plane but would need to have more efficient engines going forward if they want to sell anymore of these double-deckers. That would take a few years of testing and customers may not wait. As I have mentioned before, the airports need to have upstairs and downstairs passenger loading and embarking bays. Also, because of the size of the wings, there needs to be considerable distance that there are no other planes close by from loading / unloading taxing to takeoff / landing. You can watch the landings and take off from the cameras mounted on the plane on your entertainment screen.

ANA Dreamliner. Loved this flight. Never been on the 380 Elephant. Pretty sure I've never been close to first class either.

I will be soon going on my 1st trip to AC. Will be staying at ABC. Can any veteran member kindly please any web resource where I can check a calendar of events. For ex. Tue at 9 pm there's a Brazilian thong show at Atlantis. I'd be interested in body paint shows that I have never seen. Your help is appreciated.

A couple hundred people on American flight 191 got a great view of the ground coming up. It does take on a new utility now as it allows passengers to frantically clear their browser histories.

I've flown on it a couple of times and agree with the "meh" assessment. I was in business class but cannot imagine the hell when the unwashed masses from coach hit the immigrations queue. Normally you need a couple of planes to create that sort of cataclysm, but the new and improved A380 can do it by itself!

Especially many of the Philippines airports are designed to accommodate US Military cargo planes including former US Navy facility that they are trying to develop as the next airport in Cavite.

I remember Flight 191 well as it crashed right by my house. I can even tell you where I was at and who I was with when it went down. Why don't you tell some jokes about John Gacy's victims too. There's nothing funny about any of that.

The new 748 (B747-8 I) with double capasity on upper level than its old sister / brothers (B744 a B747-400) have longer fuselage than the A380. The Airbus A346 (A340-600) is approx of same length as the B748 I and again a tad longer than A380.

A380 have less cargo capasity than Boings 777 and 747. A330 have larger capasity than A340 as its body is wider and cargohold larger (slightly less capasity than 777). I know there has been discussion Emirates will have designed all in eco class in a few A380's to fly typical Indian, bangladeshians (burmees worker destinations. Very low yield routes but need big capasity (many seats) to move people around.

When they say class in that capacity, it usually deals with only how many people the plane will hold and not how the plane is designed. The B747 is a jumbo jet whereas the A380 is known as a super jumbo jet, so no they are not the same class.

The problem with the A380 is wingspan AND how low the engines are to the ground. At many airports that the plane serves, if not retrofitted then two gates have to be used unless they board on the tarmac (and if retrofitted then it has been done so by using 2 gates). At most airports you have to be careful because certain "normal" planes already will not fit in neighboring gates at the same time and certain planes will only fit certain gates.

Remember taxiways and runways have the grassy areas bordering them with signs and lights and other instruments. The engines on an A380 will gobble those up or hit them at the wrong airport.

Four years ago when Air France was taxiing out of JFK to takeoff to Paris, the wing of the giant aircraft clipped the tail of a commuter plane that was in the ramp waiting for a gate, turning it 90 degrees.

These types of things are what is meant by the airports can not accomodate the plane. It is more than just taking off and landing. Of course it will be able to land and takeoff at most because they have to have alternates in case there is an emergency or in case there is bad weather such as fog at the destination airport.
