Obviously he does not have a debit card to get cash from a bank account or a credit card to take a cash advance, so this could not have been entirely accidental state of affairs, or maybe he just intended to observe the scene and not participate. My guess is that 1000 pesos is on the lower side of the mean negotiated price for all-nighters.

Quite honestly I have no idea what the "going rate" for an all-nighter found at D'Latin would be, but I don't think the name of the bar where you meet the woman has any effect on the price if there is no salida or house fee. I imagine the price would be affected by a number of variables including how desirable the woman is, the time of the night, how many potential customers are around, the day of the week, how much the monger wants that particular girl and that girl only, and other factors, like whether the girl has a place to sleep. Of course if you just decide that you won't pay more than 1000, bait your hook, and see what you can land, that is fine too.

There is nothing carved in stone. I have heard of people paying everything from 0 to 4000 pesos. The fact of the matter is that fair exchange is no robbery. Nobody should have a problem with what anyone else paid if the two parties who agreed on it don't have a problem with it. I vow not to let what another monger pays infringe on my game. This is putting yourself in a inferior position and make her feel as a prostitute. Just tell her how much you are going to give her on your way to your place or don't tell her anything and just give 2000 in the morning.
