I went twice last week.
The place still has mass construction. I would avoid until its done (which at this rate will take another year).
First visit was around 7pm-10pm, and it was early enough that it wasn't super crowded. I picked one of the dancers on stage, great long nipples. I'm not currently in Macau, but I have been a frequent visitor since 2007. Just wanted to post some comments about the spots I've visited in the past and hopefully they still ring true. My apologies as I don't remember exact pricing or any of the girls numbers.
When I first started to hit the Macau scene, Sauna 18 was the place to be. Definitely the highest quality and highest quantity of girls. But prices quickly started going up and now I here it is under serious renovation. I plan to head to Macau next month and it seems I will have to leave 18 out of my itinerary.
The last few times I was in Macau, I was frequenting East Spa and Sanado Spa. The two spas are part of the same company. East is considered the more high end option, but I honestly think the girls as Sanado look better. At East, it seems like all the girls are from China. Some of these girls look good, but as you can tell by my profile name, I am more into Vietnamese girls. Maybe that is why I like the selection at Sanado better. You still get good looking girls from China, plus a handful of good looking Vietnamese girls. If you go to either of these spots, make sure you get your BJ in the shower and a seat for the show (usually starts early evening like 6 or 7pm).
I've been to Boss Sauna once. It was nothing special and I honestly don't remember much from that session.
Darlings 2 is not near the main strip with all the hotel / casinos. You need to take a taxi to get there. I had a really good session with a beautiful Vietnamese girl.
Golden Sauna has a nice selection of girls. Felt like a good mix of nationalities. Again, I picked a Vietnamese girl and had a great session. She was not the best looking in face, but her body was like wow.
Went to Beverly Sauna to see the lineup. For some reason all the girls seemed to have a stank attitude so I skipped out and didn't pick any.
Went to Rio and Darlings 1, but I think it was way too early in the day. There wasn't much selection (at least nothing that tempted me) so I did not partake, but I hear good things about both spots and shall try again one day.
Lisboa Track. Ah I love walking around this place. They are fun to look at, but I have never taken one upstairs. Too scared of all those dead fish / bad sessions I hear about these girls.
And sorry to admit, I have gone to those crappy hotels on the other end of the island (near Ponte 16). Inexpensive, but no stunners and you always feel dirty afterwards. Well, if you like cheap.
Honestly, if I have one recommendation about Macau Saunas, I would say be super friendly and chat up the female staff (not talking about the girl providers). Alot of them seem willing to hang out outside of the sauna. Not saying it will definitely lead to something, but some times it just might.

I took a quick 2 day trip to Macau during my stay in Hong Kong towards the end of April.
Anyway, I booked a hotel room at Sofitel Pointe 16 a fantastic hotel but I would not recommend it if you were purely there for action.
The hotel has a crappy casino and is a little out of the way from the main strip old and new.
I arrived around 12pm dropped my bags off and decided to take a look around. I went to the Michael Jackson Museum which was onsite at Sofitel then walked towards the city centre into the back streets and ended up at the Ruins of St Paul's Church.
All this time I was surveying the area for any possible sign of punting grounds but none to be seen.
I got back to the hotel rested a bit as I was attending The House Of Dancing Water show which was one of the highlights of the trip, $250 million production absolutely jaw dropping right from the very start.
After the show ended I kicked around The City Of Dreams casino and I already noticed several good looking girls sitting by the slot machine, every time I walked pass they would make eye contact but I decided not to press with it as the night was still very young.
Anyway I gambled a bit longer grabbed something to eat and hopped in a taxis.
The taxis driver was a middle aged man, he turned around and asked where to? I said you know much about saunas? You see I have the advantage of speaking fluent cantonese and the driver just looked at me with a big smile and said "Sure! Welcome to man's paradise!"
In my head I was trying to recall all the names I've read about in this forum so I mentioned "18, East, Rio?" The driver actually explained all the pros and cons of the saunas to me. He asked me what sort of price range? I countered by saying What are the price range?
He said 18 is on the expensive side of around $2000+ but the girls there are not that great at the moment (He sounded like a pimp) so he recommended Emperor as a starting point, around $1500 and explained the discrete back entrance as well!
So off we went, dropped me off at the booth, a guy with walkie talkie asked if I wanted girls and directed me to a floor on the lift, got out of the lift straight in to the line up.
I see a couple of loud Chinese guys sitting there with the manager and the manager was explaining the process and the girls, to be honest the place looked like a dump and the girls likewise so I asked the manager if theres another line up and he simply said "No, thats it" and walked away.
At this point I thought to myself WTF? Do I have to go hunting again? Anyway so I took the lift back down to the carpark and to my surprise the taxis driver was still there and he put his arms around me and said "No girls? Don't worry we'll get the right one for you!"
At this point I was very impressed! By all means I know I have to pay for the taxis ride (Which is cheap as chips in Macau) but the level of service was incredible! He went on to explain they actually get a $20 kick back from the saunas if I choose a girl! Ohh. That made a lot of sense!
Next stop Darling 1. I walked in and there was a line up of around 20 girls. One already caught my eye, while the manager explained the process to me. I pointed at the Chinese girl, pretty face and slender frame, exactly how I like it.
Paid the guy $1950 and was lead to the room.
The girl was hot but because I don't speak mandarin not a lot of understanding was happening. Standard wash in the bathroom, cat bath, BJ all very mechanical back to the bed rode me a little then told me to get on top. Once on top she looked even more beautiful and after about 10 mins I popped.
I was feeling a bit disappointed but because I can't communicate with her I felt she reserved some effort but neitherless she was hot and I am a sucker for pretty faces.
I was lead out to the main area the manager followed me out and asked me about the service I told him it was good and asked where the sauna is? He told me it was on the 2nd floor but I had to pay extra. Extra $650 to be exact when I asked at the reception.
I walked out on to the main street and asked for direction to the old Liboa Hotel to check out the famous race track!

After an absence of nearly two years, I went to Macau today to check out the sauna scene. Bought a package from Sheung Wan for HK$1798 for Familia Nobre. Arrived ealry at 2. 30 pm, settled down and asked to see the line-up. Only 5 Viets available, but chose a cute one. Standard service but was good and friendly. Then went to do a bit of sightseeing for a break. After a coffee, decided to check out Rio at 6 pm. The place was fairly busy but not full. Had a foot massage to relax. The show happened every 15-20 minutes, beginning with two girls pole dancing and ending with a full striptease. The lineup had 20-30 girls, but mainly mainland Chinese girls, mostly of them the so-called "model" category. Chose one of them (costing HK$2408) and turned out to be a great disappointment. The service was rushed, and she was more interested in cleaning herself. Worst still, she applied plenty of KY on herself so as not to damage the tool of her trade, so to speak. I think Rio is a rip-off because it names these girls "models" so that it can charge skyhigh but they are only mediocre, just a bit taller (with high-heel) , with so-so figure, most of them have false boobs and flat bottoms. But their attitude irks me, because they think they are of higher category, so they do not have to please the customer. The problem is as a customer of Rio, you have no choice because there are few girls of other categories and nationalities. And there is a cover charge of HK528 once you step in. So my advice is avoid Rio unless you like the tall mainland girls.

Continuation of my trip from Singapore (see reports there).
Arrive into Macau around 5. 30pm. Taxi to Hotel Lisboa (who knew it could be so cheap?) and quick dinner.
Having done my research, I was interested in the idea of the 'shows' of the East group, so settled on East Spa, arriving about. 9.30pm I guess?
Shower by myself (others have mentioned quick BBBJ? Not sure what happened but didn't get this) , anyway changed and on to the lounge chairs.

I was reading reports up til 9 months ago from now and they give an impression that Familia Nobre is perhaps one of the safest bets in Macau sauna scene.
But what aout Darling 1? I remember reading some positive reports a while ago but very little recent reports. One report mentions that the place was being torn down? Or did I get it wrong? It didn't close down did it?
Or should I just stick with Familia Nobre?
The girls come and go, but over the past 5 years of visiting Macau my favorite saunas consistently were East Spa, Rio Spa, Familia Nobre, and Darling 1 (which is actually more like a Bangkok soapy with an international group of girls than a Macau Sauna). I try to hit most of these saunas every time I come to Macau. Sometimes I get hung up at a particular sauna and don't make the complete rounds. On my November 2012 trip I thought Familia Nobre was hands down the best Sauna in town. Their selection of Chinese and Singapore super models was outstanding. I visited Nobre on 3 consecutive nights. Then on my April 2013 trip, I thought Rio and East had jumped to the #1 position and surprisingly I thought Nobre was a distant third or forth. On the April 2013 trip I thought both Rio and East had the best selection of Chinese beauties. I went back to Rio two nights in a row on account of this one particular Chinese girl that I just had to have a second time. Also on my 2013 trip, I visited a new Sauna called Victoria on the 5th floor of L'Arc Hotel (private entrance on the south side of the building). The sauna is very posh and first class. I chose one of their Chinese super models and had a good time. So my advice to you is try to visit a few of the highly regarded saunas and see which ones you like best.

Like Natty said it mostly depends on the Girls ad you if you think a Sauna is good or not. I just don't like to pay 500 to 700 more for RIO or 18 compared to FN.
Darling 1 is a different Story since ist not a Sauna. But still a great choice since they have enought Girls 24/7 and I would say at Darling one I never had a total miss with a Girl.
