Montreal has a superb scene. It is professional, and the service levels are normally very high. It is wise to stick with the well-reviewed agencies. Most hotels are girl friendly, although a few will require that you meet your "guest" in the lobby, which can be a touch awkward late at night when it's just you and the bellboy and a desk lady. But I've never been terribly uncomfortable.

Rates seem to run from 160-300 per hour, with most of the reputable agencies in the 200 per hour range, plus or minus 20.

Most of the scene is outcall, although there are a few agencies that book rooms for the ladies in downtown hotels or have apartments. I have stayed at Marriott, Best Western, Sheraton and the Omni Mont Royal (this is the nicest of the bunch, with huge beds and sofas that are great for romping around. Unfortunately, it is also the only one that required I meet my guests in the lobby).

Not sure you'll find many latino's living in the latin quarter though. Last report from my recent trip to Montreal.
