Are any Lisbon hotels not girl-friendly?

Europe is not like South America or Northern Africa. Security does not stop people from moving around hotels. The ladies I have seen in Portugal have come right up to my room and have knocked on the door without registering or being stopped.

Plus Lisbon is not that rich and fancy. Few hotels have a guy parked at the front door to greet people and be nosy. Most of the workers are parked behind a hotel desk. If the hooker, or you and the hooker if you come in together, do not bother the hotel workers, they won't bother you.

Anyone know of any hotels that are different than that? I think the irritating manner that South American hotels treat their guests creates a perception that is hard to overcome when analyzing the rest of the world. I get pissed in South America when they make a big deal out of registering a guest that I bring. It is my fucking room.

OK, I've read through most of the recent reports on this forum. Still have some lingering questions:

1) Do any of the massage centers that advertise "Tantric Massages" actually give genuine tantric massages or is it just a massage w / happy ending?

It is not the hotels. It is the local laws that force them to check ID.

Gentlemen. To your questions:

- taxis are cheap in Lisboa and parking downtown is almost impossible. Taxis are everywhere available for little money.

- tipping is not required, you pay what you agreed.

- massage parlours / casas: 80 - 100 Euros is the going rate - 170 is ridiculous! - NO tipping!

New here and seen some valuable info already so thought I could post my question here:

I'll be in Lisbon for a night and on one hand I am looking for a real experience with a clean woman who hopefully truly enjoys her services herself as well and on the other hand I have to earn my money the hard way too so do not want to go crazy spending money.

My understanding of the situations is as follows:

1. Casa / Brothel Michelle Assistents, Jardim Garden Eden, and New Center. Of the three, Michelle seems to generate the best reports by far.

2. Gallery Club and Elefante Branco. Most describe these as pick up bars, others as FKKs. Do they have things like sauna, whirlpool, etc? Or are they just bars? I read that for full service, you have to take them out of the club and pay for a small hotel closeby? It also seems that they are a lot more expensive.

3. Online escort services Escortprivada and Sousexy and classificadosx.

Is that pretty accurate? Or are there better options? Michele's seems the best pricewise. In your opinion, what is the best, most reliable escort service, and how much do they charge?
