I have a timeshare option and may stay at the Coconut Palms resort in Caberete. I stayed there last night and the accommodations were sufficient. I called and asked if they would allow a "friend" that I met (actually hoping to find and meet) into the resort. They said if they have an ID but no prostitutes allowed. Has anyone stayed here before is there any issue with bringing in the chicas?

(1) Rocky's Bar for late breakfast from 11. 30am to 1. 00pm. Ask the manager Rick to introduce you to helpful ex-pats and other experienced mongers.

(2) On the Beach, assuming decent weather, from 2. 30pm (sometimes earlier) at casitas#144 (Ruby's Vulkan Bar) and #145 (Siempre Sol). I am not sure if I got those numbers exactly right, but that is near enough to find them. Usually a few ex-pats and regulars hanging out at these two adjacent bars if you need some pointers for you trip.

I just got back from a week at New Garden and was very dissappointed.
