I tried Mamba, Rio, online dating, tinder, the apartments, Sky Bar, Vodka Bar, Bhudda Bar, blah blah blah. All of them were disappointing, and working your way through the scams is exhausting. Its just not a monger friendly city as a tourist.

But if you just go on local dating sites eg badoo, tagged, etcetc the cities I've mentioned are pretty easy to get a non scamming girl who doesn't charge like crazy if she likes you at least a bit without asking immediately the next day for a macbookpro, botox treatment or norka jacket.

The post was about top mongering destinations though. Cluj is great for the massage joints about $40 for a happy ending massage from hot college chicks but the escort scene is horrible.
