But the recent reviews focus on the prevalence of upsells. That is my problem. On a trip where even my regulars are refusing my 100 euro note for 1 hour, that is my biggest complaint. That is a major reason why Sharks held the advantage over Oase for me. Without that, all other facrtors (food, amenities, entry) makes Oase more attractive, especially since Id have to spend a minimum of 100 euro per room at either place.
As for pushiness, Oase girls are still approach happy. Its a smaller place divided into even smaller areas and corridors so girls notice you more when you enter a space. As soon as you walk into the smoking area, girls will still flock to you. When you walk through the small hallways, girls will proposition you. The good part is that when I went, it was not so busy so I got plenty of couch time before the room like Bitumen mentioned. Something like half an hour of couch time of dancing and flirting for a couple of girls I went with.

The upsellers are unable to see or are inconsiderate of the fact that they are polluting the environment by going for short term small profit with sharkish behavior.

I was at Sharks not so long ago and I definitely don't recognise this kind of behaviour with my regulars.

At the same time my other regulars are super popular, especially with Asian clients and were busy the whole day so it is possible that my 100 euro note just took a lower priority than a whale's committed 5 hour room and other clients who commit to 150euro hours or 100euro half hours who are also somewhat regulars.
At the same time, yes they can ask. But the asking has been more frequent and has been tied to quality of service offerred, kissing and BBBJ. While before 1 hour /100 euro was almost always a good room.

[/QUOTE]Getting priority bumped by a super-popular WG on a peak night is a common occurrence. Doesn't happen to me often, because the ones I room with aren't that super-high demand. But WG's have rejected me before with the excuse that they are tired. However, my next visit, they went to the room with me, no problem. If it becomes a pattern then, you may been blackballed.
But I doubt this. The WGs that blackballed me were direct in their tone, words, and body language. A few of the ones that have blackballed me still retain a sense of humor. So even though I know they don't want to go with me, I still make a ritual of approaching them, just to entertain myself.
RE: whales and busy WGs. For all we know, that day you visited, she could have been getting text messages from three different whales. She's trying to figure out a way she can squeeze all three in.
