Going for 40 nights in a row in Dlatins I noticed a few patterns about Black Americans.
1- don't sit at same table with white guys,
2- don't let you sit on the same sofa where they are sitting even if there is space,
3- are always in a group.
4- are all overweight.
5- don't go with Haitians,
6- take phone numbers from all the girls they meet.
7- drink cognac.
8- prefer girls with Big asses / Big boobs that I don't like.
9- Not recognizzing the girls they fuck mostly the hardened pros
10-stay only a few days.
So not much problems for me.
Does it really matter anymore, Once Sosua gets there Cruise Ship Port and the Real Tourist Dollars start to flow in. You can kiss Sosua good bye.
The port will not be in Sosua. It will be in Puerto Plata (Maimon).
Mr. Enternational and a few others already explained how the cruise ship biz works (for the passengers). They will not be driving all the way down from PP to Sosua; they will spend their money in the immediate port area. Will not effect the dynamic of Sosua.
The only thing Sosua (and the DR for that matter) has to worry about is the mass outflow of tourists dollars once Cuba eventually opens up to American tourism.
Can we get back to actual reporta? Leave for 2 seconds and things get racist.
What is next- clown ass thug rapper baller wannabes from the hood? Thank god, Thailand is 20 long hours away and these thugs can't stand still for more than few hours in a plane! Plus Asians really- really dislike them kind.
Actually Asian girls are quite curious about black men.
I know several friends who managed to sit still for 20 hours and they had a great time in Thailand LOL

1. Some excursions for fishing and diving will reach as far as the east end of Sosua.
2. A cleaned Sosua will be a destination for tourist as its a 5_10 minute drive
3. Passions et al are part of a campaign to rid DR from overt marketing of prostitutions and Peter had been warned for 3 years.
4. Opening of Cuba now brings back the three and four day cruises from FLL; increasing number of ships to port not decreasing. The big looser will Mexico as the 5 to 7 day will have less desired destinations than the 4 day Caribbean tour. Its the part of the long term financial profitability of the port.
The guys on the forum are not the Morons you seem to think. Having relationship will enhance the experience. Sport fucking is a lot of fun but it gets boring very fast. Point and click sport fucking is fun but it gets boring very fast. Having an attractive young lady that you know and like to hang out with when you are 50 plus is priceless.
I like your style Mr Kool, like your above post and other posts.
I've been traveling and playing for years now as well.
The truth is, no matter where you go to play, if it's good, word will get out, and quickly now with the internet and sites like these.
All different kinds of guys will begin to show up and things will change.
Some good change, some not so good.
That's just the way it is. Nothing ever stays the same forever.
You either adapt or move on.
I currently hang out in different parts of Brazil.
Some I post about, others I selfishly don't to keep it tranquilo for a while longer :)
I still go to places where a gringo is a rare site. Nice.
I like your post above.
It is truly priceless.
The older I get, the more I like to hang with girls that I actually like and even better when they like me right back.
Stay cool amigo, I'm sure you will.
2. A cleaned Sosua will be a destination for tourist as its a 5_10 minute drive
From where? If you have the link to an article saying that the port will be in Sosua and not Puerto Plata, please post it:
"Last August, Carnival Cruise Lines and the Dominican Republic announced plans to construct a new cruise port. To be built on Maimon Bay, about five and one half miles from Puerto Plata, the new facility will cost $65 million and paid for by Carnival Corporation, in partnership with the Rannik family shipping company."
3. Passions et al are part of a campaign to rid DR from overt marketing of prostitutions and Peter had been warned for 3 years.
If that is the case then why is CMP still open and operating? Also doesn't seem that any of the casas in SD have been shut down either.
One historical note and this is not new information, as it has been pointed out by some of the more seasoned vets on the board, one thing that did happen with the demise of Rio and change in the demographic in Sosua is a much more hardened, short time, one hour, sport fuck mentality with the girls. So yeah, there is definitely a difference now! As others have pointed out, back in the day Sosua was much more relaxed and about TLNs. Not saying you can't get TLN, but it was the norm back then and the quality of that TLN was very good.
So what, you ask? Sosua is, what Sosua is. For the new jacks and semi new jacks all of this talk of what used to be and the heyday of Rio and or Sosua means nothing. You can't miss what you never had. It's just that some remember a different time. To blame it on one group is not fair, as there has been a convergence of events and changes that has led us to the present state of Sosua. We are given the present day Sosua to enjoy so lets do that! We have to move forward with what we have.
Well said. Can I expound with my 2 cents? I think what many may not give weight to, is that just as there have been an influx of new & semi new jack mongers (I like those terms for this discussion) so have there been the same with dominican women. As many dominican chicas got older, they left Sosua, maybe not the game, but they left Sosua and were quickly replaced by another set of youngster chicas set on learning the ropes and getting a piece of the pie that their older sistren enjoyed and paved the way for.
But. Look at enough young dominican chicas in Sosua today. They are the perfect match for the young new jack, generation X males you see coming to Sosua now. If these women didn't speak spanish you would swear they came from some big city in the states. By the way they dress and their style. Many don't seem to manifest traditional values or family customs. (please don't ask me what that is ). The younguns are running the households and dictating to their parents. One reason is, they MAY outearn everyone else in the household......with the quick cash they have the potential of getting their hands on. Or it's simply a dis respect issue. The younguns are more street wise. Sometimes more aware or understanding of foreigners than others in the household. So they may have a slight edge of assertiveness at home.
They are new jack chicas, with only a few old head chicas still around. Sosua appears to be a mix of old school mongers, mixed with new school mongers. These new young mongers heard about Sosua through word of mouth. Guys bragging about their escapades in Sosua. So they showed up. Many with only limited amount of time for vacation. So they go ape shit for a week or less, because they are in awe of how easy pussy is to get in Sosua.
Now these young mongers are matched with an abundance of new jack chicas that grew up and became teens. Of course there are always a small number of old head chicas around that can't afford to quit the game or Sosua. The reason many arent paying much attention. Is because mongers enjoy fucking young chicas all the time anyway. They arent really paying attention to the fact that these young chicas have been raised differently. That they are more into copying what people in other countries are doing. Thats why you can have a place like Winners Circle, Dlatins play hip hop music & videos and the girls love it more instead of being turned off to it. I'm sure at one time dominican girls loved hearing spanish romantico musica moreso. And many mongers obliged by playing that music, and dancing to it. But now we have hip hop reggatone, and many girls are copying off of young american culture.
Now these young chicas look like they belong in a rap video themselves. So it's no mystery to why sport fucking has become more popular over developing a relationship or simply a TLN. The GIRLS HAVE ALSO CHANGED. Economics has played a part as well. Old head chicas may have helped in schooling the younguns that TLNs are not as profitable as sport fucking. Of course they don't need an old head to tell them that. They can tell by what their pocketbook looks like. Then it's monger forums like this and others drilling it into every newbies head not to fall in love, not to be a mark, not to be a WU sucker etc. Enough of that programming and clowning, and the average guy begins to think, TLN's is for suckers. Sportfucking is the way to go. Get as much juice as you can. Fuck dem ho's. Treat them like shit, because they don't respect you. Don't over pay. Guys begin to think, a nice guy gets fucked out of his money. While being a hardcore monger gets fucked for his money. Thats the chess war of mongering. Establishing who's boss in this game. The monger or the chica. A short vacation may play a role in certain behavior, as well. Guys don't have time to develop anything with a chica. Plus add scamming to the equation. Scamming has beeen reinforced as a worthwhile alternative to actually earning your keep.
So if chicas are having a harder time getting suckers to be WU novios, they already assume they arent going to get as much doing TLNs as they can sportfucking or scamming. And all the girls that tried structured places like passions, soon realize, freelancing may be better than waiting for dudes to come in there to fuck them. Because many guys go in those places simply to gawk and drink a few beers.
On another note. Personally, I don't like to see 4 and 5 dudes of any ethnicity walking down the street looking like a mob. I think it looks corny and immature. But thats just me. I also may not like hearing guys acting ignorant by making excessive noise and disturbing others. But I don't need to be in the DR to feel that way. I don't particulary like that sort of thing anywhere, when common sense should prevail in how individuals conduct themselves in public.
So I agree with you. Many factors and variables have played into the changes that have occured in Sosua and everywhere else. It aint just a brother issue. All parties have played a role, as well as factors not seen or considered, in why things have changed. Having said all of that. I have adapted even though I haven't mongered that long. I do what I need to do to enjoy myself. And I always do. And I don't need Dlatins, Rumba or Classicos to have a good time. It's not the venue it's the effort an individual puts in that makes the difference.
I try to be honest and help guys by sharing my insights. In enjoying preparing for my escapades. I do not mind sharing things that have helped me. If you conduct your self in a way that you do not hurt or take advantage of any one. You sleep better at night. I really enjoy my outings. I have acquired a nice list of girls pros and non pros that really ties me up. This may affect my sport fucking. Hard part now I'd figuring who on the list to see.
I've been to Rio, San Jose, and Sousa many times. No one has ruined it for this Gringo. It sounds more like a racist post. Sorry Jackson, perhaps another infraction point?
BTW, I started going to LOS in 1978, and the girls like ANYBODY that has baht! Hopefully you are not that clueless!
Nah. Just a perspective.
Many interesting and insightful posts.
My take is many Gringos treat third world countries with disrespect and feel entitled to act in a bad manner. Agree that oftentimes mongers are acting out rapper / baller fanatasies since it is much cheaper than Vegas.
Also agree that hip hop culture is part of the global community. Music, movements and fashion are fine. It is poor behavior associated with hip hop that cause problems.
Older mongers. Please do not be so critical and over reactive. Are you forgetting in your 20's what older men thought about your music and fashion?
If it is too loud. Stay home.
A cleaned Sosua will be a destination for tourist as its a 5_10 minute drive
From the airport. What's that got to do with cruise ships? Or did you mean from La Union? Not many tourists there.
If I paid a lot of money for a cruise and outings and they took me and my family to Sosua I would be furious. There is fuck all there that is different and distinctive except for the putas. Nice little beach and a few adequate restaurants but nothing that cruise passengers haven't seen far better examples of elsewhere. The fishing and diving are very inferior by traveller world standards. There is at least something to see in Puerto Plata, though that city would need a big clean-up and change of attitude by the locals to become tourist-friendly.

The fishing and diving excursions do need more investment but are far from inferior. The trip to Sosua is no different than the bus and cab rides taken to the excursions for el senor frogs and others. The push is for more investment for family and cruise excursions. Needing several building rehabs, demolition and vice control.
