Last time I checked if you install the Grab App in Australia it is Geo locked and says it doesn't work. Once on the ground with a PH sim then it is good to go.

Certainly have it downloaded to your phone which will save time at airport.

Phew, just spent the last few days reading back 80 pages which dates back about a year. Some good information in there, but also about 20% dedicated to SIM card talk.

Anyways just thought I would contribute a little report on my trip last month. Stayed at Red planet in Malate for 2 nights, great location, hotel nice and clean. About 2000 PHP / night.

1st night:
