I have an itchy feeling for quite sometime in only one place nearer to anus and below the balls. Somewhere middle of it. Unable to see it and used camera to check and it looked a very small black mole type. Its usually itchy during night time alone. Morning if I apply itch guard the itchy pain goes away and come back later in the day. Looks like it appears goes away and appear again. Is this some kind of Herpes or syphilis? How to get this tested and confirmed?

How to get this tested and confirmed?.[/QUOTE]Syphilis tests are recommended after 3 weeks to 12 weeks after exposure while Herpes test to be taken 6 to 12 weeks after exposure.
If you feel you're symptomatic, better consult a doctor and then take the test as per professional advice.
Whatever it is, don't panic. Syphilis goes away with few injections and herpes has symptomatic anti viral medicines.
Mostly, it could be just some skin issue but due to the timing and hidden guilt it caused the unnecessary anxiety. So take it cool.
The standard rule for mongering buddies is to always use protection, avoid fluid exchange and take full panel STD test at least once annually after observing the window period of 3 months.

2:- Wear a protection for oral+vaginal / anal sex. Thin condoms are prone to breaking as far as I have read, haven't happened to me yet.
3:- Use a Chlorhexidine mouthwash before / after, Give to the Wg also, and a ketoconazole soap to clean afterwards. If doing outcall don't cheap out on hotels. They don't clean bedsheets / towels.
You can't see from a WG's face if she is safe or not, you can only take precautions by indulging in safe sex and proper self-care.
AIDS, HPV are treatable to a great extent and other STDS are curable.
Chances of Contracting AIDS is one in a thousand or even more, and body's immunity takes care of HPV.
