From being in Africa for a good part of my life, I don't need a survey to tell me that Africa is more conservative than the west. The problem with surveys is that it doesn't show or asks the questions that us mongers on this board are really interested in such as "is public kissing or hand-holding or sex on the beach frowned upon in your country" or "how much should you give to a non-pro versus a pro".

My remarks were purely anecdotal which I believe is the purpose of this board - to share anecdotal experiences amongst us perverts.

Got to agree with GC. just an observation of my own. You see it is well known that frenchies have a certain way sex and love way more than anglosaxons. that goes for their colonies too. its known that abidjan is the fashion capital of west africa. hell i have even heard of women wearing furr in nightclubs in this hot climate(maddness). they do anything to look good in nightclubs. just hit boom on a wednesday to see the difference between a ghanaian and a francophonian.

Having lived in an African country where there are no clits, I think it is important to at least provide some 'research' when it does influence the quality of the mongering scene. Mongering only to discover no clit is a real drag. Better to know in advance what your chances are..I guess you could just ask but if you have the data first, stay away from that country/region where clits don't exist.

OK so let me get this straight - you get transferred to African country X and you decide to go out for a night on the town and get some. You meet up with some nice hot babe and decide to take her for the night - as you get back to your hotel you undress her and discover that she has no clit. Tell me, at that point, would you really give a shit ? Or do you give her a questionnaire before you take her back where one of the key questions is "Do you, or have you, ever been a victim or willingly undergone FGM?"

I intend to visit Ghana this summer but I am having a hard time finding an airline. It looks like most of the airlines I know that flew to the country do not any more. Can anyone suggest a cheap flight from DC or BWI?
